The only negative thing was that my bed was a little too firm for me. The staff was excellent, the room and bathroom were nice. Very good location, fairly close to Las Ramblas, right by the water but quieter

Beautiful property in a great location

For a 3 star hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was. Decor around the hotel was great, rooms were clean, and staff were really friendly and helpful. For our room, the beds were really big, bathroom was very clean and equipped with a nice shower, and the TV was a new smart TV. The only thing I would criticise is the AC as it was quite weak even when it was on max, though even that wasn’t a huge problem during the stay. We also didn’t have the breakfast there as it seemed a bit too expensive. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel because I feel like you get more than what you paid for.

I had a really great stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The room was on the smaller side, but it was perfect for just me and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, well-kept, and in a great location. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free place to stay.

This is cute hotel in a fabulous area. The rooms are small but nice. Beds unfortunately are very hard. Thankfully they did have some air conditioning which helped and we only had one night otherwise I would’ve liked a different hotel for a better bed. But it was great for one night.

Room was clean and comfortable, large bathroom. Perfect location. But A/C was loud and door is very thin so you can hear everything in the hall.

Great location, close to many tourist attractions & ambiance in this lovely hotel, with nice touches of welcome cookies & lounge area. Only downside is no fridge in room, which would be helpful for chilling water during this hot summer period

Great location for the Gothic Sector but watch out for pick pockets and thieves. Had a necklace ripped off my neck outside the hotel at 8am. Unfortunately Great restaurants nearby. Waterfront is waking distance. A bit far from the tourist attractions. Bus is close by otherwise uber was $20 each way. Hotel smells musty. It’s in the rooms too. Heavy smell. Weren’t to happy about that. Room AC is weak we needed a fan to supplement the AC. Staff were great. Free coffee in the lobby. Room size was good relatively, bigger than Paris rooms.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Really enjoyed having free access to drinking water. The bed was really hard, and the walls are kinda thin. Overall, a nice experience.

Location was amazing. Staff were pleasant. Deducting a star because the bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable. Was very difficult to get a good nights sleep even after walking all day.

Staff were super friendly! From the beginning we asked a few questions before booking and they responded quickly. We were expecting a rolling cot for our toddler but they set up a large pack & play with a pillow and blanket.

The hotel lobby was nice and clean. Great location in the Gothic quarter close to nice beaches. The “superior room with balcony” was subpar. The room was incredibly tight with such little space to move around and have your luggage open. The king bed is nice but it takes up the entire room! The bed sheets are like paper and not super comfortable to sleep in. The balcony was a nice view but super tiny. The chairs barely fit on the balcony and you cannot move around. The pictures on the site are misleading unless you have the best choice room. The Superior Room did felt less than comfortable. The walls are also very thin and there is zero sound protection from outside of the room. We were awoken every morning to what sounded like furniture being rearranged above us and carts and people running into walls and doors. Every conversation carries through the walls. The staff were kind and helpful, but unable to upgrade our room or provide a flexible check out time. Loved the location and surroundings, but not a restful place to stay.

Very disappointed by this hotel. The pictures did not reflect the room. The air conditioning was poor and twin beds rather than a double. The room was small and pokey. The cost did not reflect the quality expected. We have spent three weeks travelling across Spain and Portugal - this was our least favourite hotel and poorest for value. Very dissapointed

Staff was very helpful and accommodating to all our requests. The snacks and the drinks in the room and lobby are small, but thoughtful touches. The location is unbeatable for exploring Barcelona, especially the Gothic Quarter; with easy access to the Metro
