Rooms could use some updating… bathroom was very nice… being by boat taxi made it very loud outside, could hear people throughout night… front staff and breakfast staff was wonderful

The roof top terrace is wonderful with an amazing view. A great place to relax and take in the atmosphere. The staff was great, accommodating and friendly. I was a little disappointed by the room itself, not a lot of space or place to open up luggage. The view from our window was a creepy back lane. The hotel itself was very strange.. stairs going up and down and all around.. there was no straight shot to your room. I have never experience anything like it. Definitely NOT a place for anyone with mobility issues. It was convenient to walk out the door on walk and have dining and shopping right there.

The hotel is right next to the Rialto Bridge so you can't get any closer. The views from our room were spectacular. The staff was excellent and there are restaurants and shops walking distance from the hotel. Will stay here again.

Loved the location. Breakfast was cold and beds were hard and not comfortable. Elevator was also out of service while we stayed there.

Really great place to enjoy Venice for a couple of days. The hotel has a vaporetto stop just outside the front door. Its location is immediately next to the Rialto bridge, and is close to everything. The staff were very knowledgable and helpful. One fella on the front desk was a little “gruff”, but not enough too put a damper on things. The room was a little dated / historical. The bathroom had been recently renovated . While the area outside is very busy, it was surprisingly quiet inside, a good endorsement for the quality of the windows and shutters. We also enjoyed the panoramic terrace a couple of times to have a drink and “people watch”

For the high hotel pricing, I would expect a fiull pledged hotel service and amenities. But it’s like any budget hotel standard with worn out room. Only positive thing is the closeness to Rialto bridge and the water taxi.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, limpio, la atención al momento pero el jabón de ducha estaba vacío y me pareció que la limpieza solo fue cambiar las toallas y tender la cama. El jabón que estábamos utilizando todavía estaba en la jabonera

Fabulous location overlooking the Rialto Bridge in the middle of all the action! Our room was very spacious and clean with cold A/C. It also had beautiful Murano glass lamps and chandeliers. The bathroom was overdue for a refresh. The blow dryer was an old wall mount unit with a vacuum hose that was ripped and leaking air. They initially "repaired" our blow dryer hose with masking tape but while we were out the next day it was replaced with a proper dryer. The elevator was out of service for our 3 night stay. We had a few other minor maintenance issues and the hotel staff was very responsive. The included breakfast was typical of a European spread. You could sit inside or on the covered patio overlooking the Grand Canal. We also enjoyed sitting out on the Panoramic Terrace at the far end of the hotel.

The staff at the Rialto Hotel were very helpful, friendly and attentive. The rooms were small,, clean and just okay but, the beds were too stiff unfortunately, or I would have given a better review. .

The hotel was located by the Spanish Steps but the most important was this hotel had transfers from the airport plus transfer service to the cruise ports. That was most important. Rooms were spotless, bathrooms were upgraded. Excellent in all areas

The Hotel Rialto is in the perfect spot for walking and catching water transport to everything. The roof top terrace overlooking the Rialto Bridge and Grand Canal is the highlight of the hotel. It ia a peaceful spot away from tourists and we spent time there everyday. We got a room without a view and it was a little stuffy but clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful and the chocolate crescents at breakfast are the best.

The hotel Rialto is a classic old hotel in the very heart of shopping and dining in Venice. It is adjacent to the famous Rialto Bridge and is a great place to stay if you don't mind old world style hotels. The staff was friendly and took good care of us!!
