Situated right next to the stunning beach it is the ideal place to stay when in Arcachon if you are looking for a beach oriented vacation or only want to spend a night and explore the area. Friendly staff, nice rooms , not too many amenities , underground parking available if needed.

The room was perfect size for the standard that we chose. However, for a 4* hotel I expect some amenity of some sort. They have no bar, no gym, no restaurant and therefore no room service per se. They only have one elevator which can be time consuming to try and get on since everyone shares the same elevator including hotel staff. We went to check the breakfast and for 21 euros I expected more than scrambled eggs that looked like pale mush and not appealing bacon or sausage. I would rather go next door to hotel and get a coffee and croissant.

We were greeted by two friendly staff members. They were helpful directing us where to go to find a boat cruise and good places for dinner. We were pleased with the ocean view from our room. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel was well located to the beach, shopping as well as restaurants.

Beautiful hotel with a friendly eco feel. Staff was very professional, the bedroom was large with a patio and a very well organized bathroom. Parking is below the hotel with access to the elevator! Located in the heart of Arcachon with beach and shopping next door!

Only one complaint. Quite expensive breakfast but hot items were cold to barely lukewarm. Otherwise excellent in all respects.

The hotel is brilliantly situated on the seafront and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the hotel only has one lift so waiting times were sometimes long. But overall really excellent.

The most perfect location possible. The superior room was a very good size, well appointed and included fridge and beverages. The only criticism was that the double bed was actually 2 single beds attached to each other, which was not stated at the time of booking. The parking was excellent value for such a busy town and the staff were charming.

For my first holiday on my own I couldn't have picked a better hotel. I stayed three nights. The staff were friendly, the room was lovely, bed very comfortable. Theres a fridge which I bought fresh milk to put in for my tea. The TV has a good selection of English channels. The is a supermarket 5 minutes from the hotel which i bought brioche for breakfast each day. Will choose this hotel again.
