Nice location & room with friendly staff. Breakfast included with stay had many options and breakfast area had many tables in a large room.

The frond desk lady not very nice

Staff were amazing from the begining of checking in until we checked out. Beds were super comfy. Area qas quiet. Breakfast was great. Even had Bistro coffee machine in dinning area. Will be coming back!

Room smelled, we left door open to air out and other guests were drinking and partying in the parking lot until 2 am! Why was this not addressed? No parking because of all the trailers from the car show.

Excellent front staff

They helped with an early check-in and were super nice. This is an excellent choice in this price range. Clean, quiet, decent mini-breakfast.

The place was clean but outdated. Very noisy at night because its next to a restaurant that has loud music.

This motel is relatively new and is well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

We chose BW since we've had good service in the past. Upon arriving at Big America I noticed 'caution tape' up around the pool area. Some other guests were having a 'tail-gate' party after work, playing their music loud. My wife insists that I take the first shower to test it out & that 5 minute shower went normal. When it was her turn the hot water ran out after the first minute. She had to finish up rinsing her hair in COLD water ! We checked the temperature of the water in a few hours & found it STILL COLD ! The next morning the desk clerk gave us a Feeble excuse about 'That Wing of the Building'. During breakfast it seemed like the hotel crew were allowing Homeless people to eat & we felt uneasy because they weren't very clean. Needless to say, I checked out that morning. We were going to stay 9 days to take care of some business. I have lost confidence in BW, and certainly will NOT stay at Big America again. The desk clerk offered no apology & made no effort to put us in another room. In this case, we, the customer, were not their first concern. Were we just supposed to accept 'cold water' showers? It felt like we were in a 'third-world' city !

Clean, quiet, spacious rooms with microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Loved that the restroom had a separate vanity with bench and the shower had excellent water pressure. Comfortable bed with nice quality linens...except the pillow was a bit fat for me. A good value. I would stay there again. :-)

There was a homeless couple parked below our room. They slept in their vehicle for two nights and even went to have breakfast. Very strange that the front desk didn’t catch that.

My room was very nice and clean with a living room area separate from the bedroom. It was very quiet. A safe place to sleep overnight and the price was right. Free breakfast as well. Thank you !!

Comforter bed was dirty

STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HAD A NICE ATTITUDE . THE YOUG LADY OF THE BREAKFAST SERVICE WAS RELLY NICE THE OLDER LADY WAS VER HELPFUL BUT HAS A MORE ROUGH APPROACH. ROOM WAS IN GENERAL CLEAN HOWEVER ONE OD THE BED SHEER HAD A STAIN AND, MY SON WALK BAREFOOT FOR A FEW MINUTES AND THE BOTTOM OF HIS FEET WERE BALCK AS IF HE HAD WAL OUTSIDE CARPET NEEDS SOME CLEANING AND A BETTER VACUUMING SINCE THERE WERE SOME PEANUTS UNDER THE BED AREA. IN GENRAL A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.
