The menu isn't very diverse. Most of the dishes cater to Indian guests. The dishes for Western and Vietnamese guests aren't particularly outstanding. Consider this when dining at the resort.

The area is quiet. The prices are reasonable for the quality.

The location is very far from the city center, I knew that, but I didn't expect there to be absolutely no shops or restaurants around. Finding food was very difficult, and the dishes at the restaurant were overcharged, averaging 200-250 VND per dish. I had expected good service and a beautiful beach at the resort, but it wasn't. The service was terrible. I arrived late and was tired, so I tried to order food but no one answered the phone from the reception, the switchboard, or the restaurant. When I went down to pick up my Grab delivery, I passed the service counter and saw the phone ringing, but no one was there, no wonder no one answered when I called. When I went back to my room, I noticed Grab had forgotten to provide eating utensils. I called down to borrow two spoons, and someone answered but told me to go down to the restaurant to get them myself because the staff were busy. Then, when my husband went down to get them, they even reminded him to remember to return them! When we arrived in the evening, there was a bellman, but he didn't help carry our luggage. After checking in with the receptionist, I asked if anyone could help carry my luggage upstairs, and the receptionist seemed hesitant before telling the bellman to bring it up for us. It took an hour for the bellman to bring the luggage to our room. I was asleep when he knocked very loudly on the door, startling my husband and me. The only person I found friendly was the older bellman on the morning shift. When I checked out, he helped carry my luggage to the car and even helped me arrange it. He was very enthusiastic and always smiling; he was the most service-oriented staff at the hotel. Regarding the beach, the sand was very steep, not sloping gently but about 30cm higher than the sea level. The waves were strong, and I didn't dare go into the water. I couldn't sit on the sand and let the waves hit me. The swimming pool was old and ugly. The room curtains were cheap and didn't block out the light, so the whole room was bright. Both nights I stayed here, I woke up at 6 am even though I was very tired, but the room was too bright for me to sleep. The double bed was actually two single beds joined together. When my husband and I lay in the middle, it sagged and gave us back pain, so we separated and each slept at one end. Around midday, the staff upstairs were making a lot of noise arranging the beds, taking 15-20 minutes. Honestly, it's called a resort, but they don't know how to provide good service; it's much worse than the 3-star hotel I stayed at for 700k VND/night. The food wasn't good, especially the soups which were bland like snail broth. Out of three hotels I've stayed at, this one has the worst cooking, although they do have a wide variety of pastries, and the pastries were delicious.

I got an upgrade to a better room, which was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, but the soundproofing was a bit poor. It had a sea view and a balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were enthusiastic. The rooms were clean, the location was great near the beach, and the prices were reasonable. The only downside was that the air conditioner was too old and noisy.

I booked a room through the app with a sea view and noted that I needed one large bed for two people. The hotel didn't inform me beforehand; I only found out upon check-in that the room had two double beds. When I contacted the hotel, they said they didn't know which room was available and gave me that room, telling me to contact the app myself because the hotel wouldn't handle it. So why did I book a room with my specific request? The app just tells me to contact the hotel myself. It's like playing catch. In short, I wasted two days without resolving anything.

The hotel is good, and the staff are enthusiastic.

Beautiful, quiet beach. Breakfast is varied and good quality. Not too far from the city center. Near Hoi An.

Family had a great holiday at Sandy Beach. Friendly staff, helpful when needed. Private beach, ideal for family holiday.

The resort is old but very peaceful, the staff is enthusiastic. I was upgraded to a very nice 2-room apartment. Suitable for families with small children. It takes about 10km to get to the center, there are few restaurants nearby. Reasonable price, I will definitely come back.

The resort has old designs but is still quite clean. The soundproofing is not very good. Breakfast and food are average. However, with this amount of money, you can still enjoy a room by the sea with a private beach, which I think is still very good. When I checked in, I was also upgraded to a free room.
