The hotel was wonderful. Beautiful pool. Wonderful and overly generous staff. Great security. The area by the hotel wasn’t the best but I always felt safe. The room was always clean. The ANEW chain is a great place to stay when in South Africa:

Service was very good, hotel is neat. Only had an issue with the shower. Noticed after showering that water was spilling over to the floor into the bedroom area. It would be great if the shower could be completely closed off or leveled up so that water doesn't run over.

I booked a further night at the hotel because I was so well cared for. I am disabled and the staff went above and beyond their call of duty to make my stay one of my most memorable hotel stays ever. Thank you sooooo much
