Was basic but clean and great price for an airport hotel

Great place to stay before flight

Truest terrible hotel in desperate need of an upgrade. Only one pillow and when we asked for more they said they didn’t have any. The smell of old cooking fat was right through the hotel. The bathroom was very old and dingy and the room was incredibly small.

Walking distance to airport and cheap

Really convenient for Luton airport. 10 minute walk to terminal. Really quiet rooms. Highly recommended

Special thanks to Muna, the receptionist with a most wonderful welcoming smile. I enjoyed our wee conversation, it made such a difference to my previous stressful day. She kindly gave me a drink voucher & the Pinot Grigio went down nicely. The dining area staff were efficient, pleasant & sociable. I loved that it was only a short walk from the airport to the hotel. The outside seating area appealed though I didn't have sufficient time to soak up the warm sunshine.

I stayed here for one night as was flying out of Luton the next day. Perfectly good and comfertable airport hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfy, nice bar/food area and an outside terrace which was great as it was a sunny warm evening. Food was good too - was surprised by how good the pizza was! Will stay again next time I find myself flying out of Luton.

It was all just fine. The staff on reception were excellent .

Toilet didn’t flush Carpet was dirty Parking was £13 for 1 night (no garunteed spaces)

TV doesn't work, the door to the toilet doesn't close properly. The carpet is stained, basically it needs to spend money on improvement. Ok for a single night, but we won't choose the hotel again.

The Ibis is ok. I asked for more coffee and milk..receptionist gave me milk and said she would bring the coffee to the room. 2 hrs later I went to reception and she said she forgot

Very basic and dated, could do with modernising. Carpets could also do with a change or good clean.

I had a good stay.

We arrived the early hours of the morning. Check in was very quick. Room was basic with only one towel each and only one teabag each. The carpet was very stained and room quite dated and room very small. Price reflected this. Disappointed would have to pay £15 to check out one hour later than normal especially as we did not arrive until 2am… the hotel did not seem busy at all. would not stay again

Serviceable for a one night prior to a flight. It covers the basics. Nothing to complaint. M

I booked this place because my flight was at 5:50 AM from Luton Airport. It was only about an 8 to 10-minute walk from the hotel to the airport.
