Great hotel for the discounted rate I secured. Clean rooms. Breakfast fantastic choice and dinner also very good.

Decent room with interesting decor, good bathroom and well maintained. Didn't try the restaurant as the menu looked a little dated for the price, but the facilities were fine otherwise. My only grumble is that to get a late checkout it's £20 per hour.

Clean room, lovely size and added extras to Make the stay special. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Amazing breakfast with everything for everyone. Great range of drinks and cocktails. Cocktails are even better when in the happy hour!

room was tired, shower not very good and bath not cleaned properly. bedroom carpet wet from bathroom leaking (I think). Unable to work shower or bath without getting in due to poor position on screen

Clean room nicely laid out. Friendly staff. Good quality bedding. Twins beds exceptionally small. TV kept freezing and pixelating. Housekeeping were hoovering at 8 which disturbed our sleep and was ridiculous time to be hoovering.

Perfect for a cheap, central and comfortable one night stay. The room was big enough for one person for a night. The bed was comfortable, and black out curtains did the job well. I would stay again for a business trip. My only negative was arriving and asking for dinner at 20.10 to be told they only had one chef and he was too busy to make any more food.

I had a fantastic club deluxe room on the 3rd floor with a front facing view up into Lower Briggate which was awesome. The room was semi circular which made it feel really big. It had high ceilings which made it feel even more spacious and it had 4 sets of windows which open to let fresh air in. The room was well decorated and had everything I needed in it Inc: Free WiFi , a small fridge , a huge tv,tea, coffee pods and Machine , a robe , tea, biscuits , bottle of water, good quality shower gels and soaps, a small safe , iron and board, huge comfortable bed and throw, coffee table and chairs, bath & shower, usb sockets at the bedsides to charge phones. It was the best location, really central walking distance to supermarket, car park , shops restaurants the canal the train station and the hotel building itself is stunning ! 9/10

We loved the room, layout was great. Loved the bed, very comfortable! Shower was good as well. Only thing I would ask for is a magnifying mirror in the bathroom as I struggled to put my lenses in! Staff were lovely as well. Our new favourite in Leeds!

Gorgeous building with a lovely bar and restaurant. Best cocktails I’ve had for a while and lovely staff. Room was incredibly spacious and comfortable with a lovey view of the river. Bed was extremely comfortable and huge with high quality bedding. The rooms are incredibly quiet considering the location which is excellent in the heart of everything. My only slight issue is there are few areas where painting could do with a touch up but I’d highly recommend this hotel and we’d love to stay again.

Room was spacious and clean but showing wear and tear from long-term use. Convenient location, within walking distance of city centre and station. Nice tea and coffee selection and comfy bed.

Found a spliff in my room so not very well cleaned. Bathroom sink took an age to drain. Very dark room even with all lights on. No car park even though I selected only hotels with car parks
