Thermostatic shower mixer not working. Poor pressure eiher too hot or too cold so temperature control not working. No places to hang towels. Porr wardrobe space

The family room was very small for an actual family. Two beds, but really one bed and am uncomfortable sofa bed. Not much room to move around and chill once they were both up. Also everything was bit tired and dated. Marks on the wall, the blinds and the door was very very chipped. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was fab. Shame that the opening and closing hours of the pool are restricted for children.

Not a great choice - room was dirty and had to wait for another room , waited until 6pm ?! Over crowded and also full of children, felt more like a nursery /kids drop off than a hotel. Also car park full and overall staff were not friendly and didn’t really seem to care either

Really good, clean room, shower was great. Parking was busy but still found a space.

Lovely room

Lovely stay nice room, pretty good breakfast, lovely MASSIVE pool. A negative would be breakfast price higher than other hotels locally & no fried eggs/ hot choc/ marmite/ Nutella, not loads of choices and not worth the extra £2 a head than other local 4* hotels.

Sunday night stay very good value. Sunday roast also nice. Disappointed to have to pay £5 parking as have stayed previously on Sunday and no charge applicable . Very busy parking when we left on Monday and felt a little under pressure to leave with people waiting to take our parking space .

Took £20 off me and didn’t give me the drink i asked for and i didn’t get a refund

Heating in the room don’t work and was cold. But quick maintenance and staff were lovely. Just I had to sleep with my coat on.

The room was lovely and comfortable and the staff were professional and extremely helpful. The whole atmosphere at the hotel was fantastic!

Room is dated and requires maintenance. Mold spots on ceiling within bathroom. Heating system didn’t work (maxed out and room remained cold). I have stopped in many ‘Village’ hotels, and this was below expected standard.

Club rooms are starting to look a bit dated and could do with an overhaul - and also maybe not be situated at the furthest away corridor of the hotel! The parking for guests actually staying in the hotel is a nightmare with disgraceful parking from fitness facility users during peak times. Public areas need more attention from staff with discarded food and drink containers littering tables and floor throughout public areas for hours. Staff encountered in the restaurant and fitness centre were all friendly and helpful.
