Very dated and in need of an update. Beds were uncomfortable and the room is very worn out. Way over priced for such a low quality property. Breakfast was very poor quality and very limited and not worth thinking it's a nice bonus. One of the two elevators was down and was a nusense since we were in the 15th floor.

Staff are helpful. Breakfast is good. There is a parking fee if you want to park your car at the hotel. There is a ground floor parking and underground parking. They also provide kitchen stuff if you want to do simple dishes. Downside is the cutleries drawer is not that clean so you will be thinking twice to use their kitchen stuff. All in all it is a good place to stay if you just want a room to sleep in after a day of sightseeing.

It was a terrible experience, with this hotel, I paid almost $210 to book a room and when I reached there, it was not even $50 worth. I will not recommend this one. The mattresses were ancient and there were a lot of stains on pillow cover and top cover. Please put $50 more and book something good

The mattress was VERY uncomfortable. The middle was worn so we rolled into eachother constantly. The breakfast was ....well we ended up not eating. Hard to pay for parking, which was very expensive. Will choose to stay elsewhere next time

Great stay

Overall, our stay was decent. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the towels was disappointing. Several towels had hair strands on them, and one even had what appeared to be dried boogers. Seeing that made us question the housekeeping standards. If the cleanliness of the linens and towels were improved, this would have been a much better experience.

Breakfast was great. Lots of options. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and functional (fridge, sink). Parking available. Would stay again

The parking fee is too much !!! $21.00. That’s so much. There should be NO parking. It’s open lot parking spot. $21.00 per day… whoaaa!!

Bedding was super rough and uncomfortable. Curtains don’t block out the morning light, shines right from the bottom. Elevator dodn’t work. Good location

The room was impecable, last time we stay here the curtains were broken and the pillows a little dirty; but I lefta. Review about that and they changed it! So they do care about people opinion, I will come back

Their staff team was extremely nice, kind, and compassionate. They try to accommodate your situation the best they can.

Close to downtown

Excellent stay. Breakfast was amazing, fresh, reasonable and friendly staff. I travel weekly, this was best breakfast in a long time.
