Very disappointed by our stay here as we were looking forward to this Accom. The staff (Simone) was great - very helpful and the location was brilliant. However that’s where the good parts of this hotel end. Sadly, there were construction works around the facade of the hotel and we could not open doors or windows in our room. The air con was turned off by management as it was too cold in florence. in spite asking for it to be turned back on - we were told that it was but it was not working; this was pretty sad as our room got incredibly warm in the night and claustrophobic as a result of the shut doors and windows. Worst part is the noise from the lift, which is relentless and throughout the day/night - i used earplugs all 3 nights. Would not recommend staying here if you are a light and early sleeper.

Although the property and the room are a bit cramped, it was perfect for a one night stay as we planned. It was at a walking distance from all the locations we wanted to visit in Florence. The staff were immensely helpful and welcoming, they helped with our late check-in, and guided us to the best places for food and drinks, while also accommodating our requests for the room.

The reception staff were not very friendly. They were rather dismissive when we checked in and when I asked for some guidance with dinner recommendations, etc. However, the lovely woman who was assisting guests at breakfast was lovely. She was cheerful and accommodating, making guests feel welcomed.

Hotel was clean, rep at check in was efficient & friendly, room access was difficult with travel up/ down stairs, construction at entrance did not make for a good first impression but the lobby was fine once inside

Really noisy between the road, the lift and the people above who were moving furniture late at night. One window also had no curtain or shutter so it was bright

Clean comfortable room (with AC), nice bathroom, elevator. Very attentive staff. Requires taxi or tram (5 min walk) to old city, shops, restaurants. Liked being outside of the chaos of Florence.

Perfect walking distance to tourist areas

Excellent hotel in the heart of Florence—close to all the main attractions, spotless clean, and with staff who are not only friendly but genuinely helpful. I absolutely loved my stay here and will gladly return every time I visit Florence.

The hotel was under construction. The windows in our room were covered in plastic. The Air conditioner did not work. We had to request a fan. It was not the best place to stay

One of the best breakfast spread I have experienced throughout my Italy trip. The rooftop (next door) gives beautiful view of the surroundings.

Convenient location to train station and walking the city. Massimo and rest of staff were very hospitable.

The rooms were run down and in need of repairs. The shower was gross and lots of mildew

Location was good as it’s close to train station and lots of food places. However, there is construction going on next-door. We were in a terrible room next to the elevator which you could hear all night. The shower is extremely small. Smaller than my RV shower! Thank goodness I only stayed 1 night

This hotel was not as described. There was construction to the entire front of the building. They put us in a room on that side so it was noisy as hell. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. Hair on the floor in the bathroom which small and water went everywhere when showing. The comparison would be to a bad Motel 6. Would never ever consider staying here again. The photos provided must have been AI enhanced to make it look better than it is.

Friendly staff, very run down rooms. The lobby seems to be the only updated part of the hotel. The hotel room itself was very run down and could use a refresh.

General good hotel, however there were flies and a smell in the washroom. The access to the room was very convoluted. The elevator was defective. Although, front desk staff was good. Not recommended.

Excellent hotel and fantastic breakfast!

I did not appreciate the noise I was able to hear through the windows. The room was just okay with TV being the nicest thing about it. Staff was nice at breakfast.

The hotel is a but run down but it seems that it getting some renovation during our stay so expecting a better experience for future guest. Very convenient place. A lot of shops and restaurants around. Staff are very friendly and always with a smile.
