The staff were really kind and helpful however, the cleanliness of the room and pool was very poor. There was mould on the wall by the air vents, cobwebs above the beds and shattered glass around the sun loungers next to the pool which I cut my foot on. We also saw mice on the grass next to the pool.

I wouldn’t stay at this Mercure Paris location again! Definitely in desperate need of an update!

The hotel is quite run down, very old. My first room give to me was like stepping into a horror movie. Electricity didn’t work, bathroom had duvets in, there was no bed and the toilet was broken. After the staff changed my room, it was ok ish. The room had a kitchenette and there was a stale piece of bread. Overall it is a very outdated hotel, for one night it was bearable. However the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

This hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment, all areas.

Good hotel a little remote

The front desk team was polite and friendly, and the support and cleaning staff were equally welcoming. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide an anti-slip mat in the shower to help prevent slips and falls.

The hotel needs refurbishing, there is no AC in the rooms the whole place is infested with mosquitos. This hotel doesn't meet 4 stars standard in my opinion.

There are few things to mention no1 the hotel price was £272 and they have charged a deposit 341 pounds. I have not received the deposit money yet. Bed was very uncomfortable and inside the room there were mosquito was bitten my wife and kids very badly. Unbelievable when I have complaint for it the guy seems not interested even I have showed them the picture of mosquitos . I will recommend not to go there and they are advertising 4stars it’s no way near to a 4star

The hotel was much better than online ratings, arrived and entrance gate access was managed which is important for families, a big tick for us. The welcome was excellent and the staff friendly, including daily cleaning staff. A welcome cake was on our bed which is unusual for a 3 star hotel!!. Swimming pool was open and cleaned daily which was a plus. Only improvement is to add an EV charging point.

Hotel was fine but nothing remarkable. Parking great but location and transport links were poor. Much further out of Paris centre than we realised. Brett for stade de France though

The area was not the greatest, but the hotel itself was very good and safe. The staff was super friendly! The nicest We've seen in any hotel!

ITS CLEAR THE PROPERTY IS IN NEED OF UPGRADE,MAIN ENTRANCE HAS INTERLOCK LIFTING ,DISTINCT ODOUR WHEN YOU ENTER HOTEL ,LIMITED AIR CONDITIONING , POOR HOT WATER,THE REMOTE FOR TV DIDNT WORK,FIRE DOOR TO STAIRWELL PROPED OPEN, AND FINALLY A DIRTY CLEANEX AS WE ENTERED THE ROOM.

Basic hotel. No food onsite other than ftozen pizza eaten in your room. Takeouts near by UBER EATS Room ok, comfortable but basic. Ok for a stop over. Felt very rushed, short staffed. Not a hotel to holiday in. Somewhere to sleep before/after Disney ideal. 4 euros for a tiny cup of coffee, rip off!

We have just had a stay at this hotel after a long drive from dover. We arrived at 10.45pm and went straight to bed. We woke up the next morning and myself, husband and children all woke up with red bites all over our bodies. Very stressful and upsetting start to our holiday.

Great hotel with secure parking in middle of industrial estate. I stay here often when visiting fairs @ local Le Bourget trade fairs expo centre

The hotel facilities were no existent, limited food that ran out midday on Saturday, no rooms were cleaned! Bed was so uncomfortable I have had to have a professional look at my back pain caused by the bed!!! Not very happy at all. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in I’m said to say
