Clean and nice. Staff tried their best with English, but we don't speak any french, so communications were a little hard at times. Tv kept turning off, and wouldn't connect. Bathtub extremely strange. Had to literally climb in as it is knee high. I'm disabled, and this is very hard to handle.

Our week-long stay here was absolutely incredible. The staff provided outstanding service, always attentive and ensuring a seamless experience. Housekeeping was impeccable—rooms were cleaned daily, and staff even checked in to offer additional cleaning. Returning to a spotless, well-maintained room each day was truly delightful. The location is perfect, with the lake just a short walk away and a large shopping mall only 10 minutes on foot. Parking is convenient, featuring ample space and EV charging stations, making it ideal for electric vehicle owners. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations in every way. A well-deserved 10/10—highly recommended.

Hotel is nice, breakfast was very bad, they also charged me for at the hotel for 3 breakfasts when I only had breakfast once (added to the room upon arrival for one day). They said that a manager would contact me to refund me and they did not, I have called multiple times but no one answers the phone.

This is my second time at Novotel Creteil Le Lac and it was again excellent! The staff is just amazing ! The hotel is very close to Creteil University metro station (Line 8) which is very convenient for people looking to visit Paris. Special thanks to Alima and all the restaurant / breakfast staff.

Well the air conditioning does not get colder. Needs either filter changes for maintenance.

The room was very hot because they control the heat and the air conditioner unit so the rooms were very hot ant times and when you open the windows you get some insect entering the room so it was a terrible experience there for me and my wife

Mosquito all over the room, dirty toilets and bathroom. The bed sheets were really dirty and filthy. The fridge had fungus in it.

We had a terrible stay. Rooms were dirty; our little boy had an insect bite. Staff does not speak a single word of English. (Luckily, one nice staff was there in the bar - friendly and nice). We asked for extra pillows, they never brought it. Area is quite bad as well. We left the hotel one night early despite paying for the hotel as we couldn't stay there. We booked it despite seeing lots of bad reviews, trusting in the Novotel brand! Big mistake. I still cannot understand on what basis they have been given a 4 star. Only good things are, Free parking and you can get a bus within 7 minute walking distance.

Overall very good experience, staff were very accommodating. We did get bitten by mosquitoes but they were very quick to get our room changed and sort out the issue.

Good environment with friendly staffs.

Cocktails were terrible. If you do not speak french you will have a hard time. Overall mediocre experience. And the room are in need of maintenance.

Needs an update

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel as we were attending a wedding in Paris. It is set in a quiet residential area next to a large lake and although close to a road there was no traffic noise. There was plenty of parking at the hotel. There is a train station you can walk to and bus stops nearby, however, we did not use them, so I can not comment on them. Close by is a large, modern shopping mall, a 10 minute walk away, with a bug selection of shops and a huge supermarket. Inside the mall there were a wide range of places to eat all through the day and into the evening, including a McDonald’s. We used the hotel restaurant for dinner and the food and service were excellent. You can scan a menu to read it in English, which was very helpful. We arrived very late at night after travelling on the Eurostar and were welcomed and booked in quickly and efficiently. The room was spacious and clean and was serviced every day. The bed was very comfortable. There was a kettle and cups and a few fruit teas bags and along with a small fridge/chiller in the room. There are water stations in the hallways where you can get chilled still or sparking water in a glass bottle, which was provided in the room. We had a great stay at this hotel and found all of the staff friendly, welcoming and helpful.

No one really spoke English! Not enough towels for 3 ppl only for 2. No irons in room. Way to far from city center
