clean hotel. nice staff. the cleaning staff cared a lot about the rooms. it was obvious by the way the room felt so clean everyday.

The rooms are old especially the carpet and some of the staff are unfriendly and rude.

Wonderful staff and extremely comfortable sofá bed! I really appreciated having hair comditioner in the shower and also a bathtub. The exercise room was very nice. The sofá bed had some mechanical issues so it took time to get it resolved by staff person after a long travel day and late night arrival into the early am. Also they requested $10 extra for a 1 hour l late checkout which was a surprise since i travel weekly/constantly and most places i stay offer at no extra charge. Overall still highly recommended due to comfortable clean accommodations and super helpful staff.

bel accueil. Une chambre plutôt propre. Dommage de ne pas avoir de bouteille d'eau. et une salle de sport ouverte de 9 à 21h seulement. ( car surement mal placée, pour ne pas déranger les occupants).

The toilet is not clean at all. The toilet bowl has yellow stain.

Superbe hôtel, facile d’accès avec un grand parking. Lobby confortable et superbe accueil du personnel. Le restaurant bien qu’un peu cher est très bon et agréable. Les chambres sont confortables et bien pensées. Je ne sais pas si j’avais des voisins mais je n’ai absolument rien entendu pendant mon séjour. Le seul bémol est une piscine non chauffé alors que la région je dirais l’impose. J’étais venu pour m’y baigner avec mon fils mais c’était trop froid. Un panneau d’accès pour la piscine ainsi que des peignoirs seraient un plus. Donc dans l’ensemble si on enlève le manque de confort pour la piscine l’hôtel était parfait.

L’hôtel en lui-même est très bien, mais nous avons mangé au restaurant qui fait buffet, nous sommes arrivés à 21.15 et bien qu’il ferme à 22 heures il n’y avait pas plus beaucoup de choix et les plats chauds étaient presque tous froids. Nous 3, et nous étions vraiment déçus du restaurant Sinon l’hôtel est bien situé, propre, confortable et staff à la réception et au bar souriants.

Having stayed here many times I appreciated the renovations and modernization of the lobby and the rooms.

The safe did not work and the heating did not work properly

Business hotel mainly. They have recently renovated the lobby and the rooms which are comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional.

Reception areas and bar/restaurant are modern and fresh, rooms a little dated but clean and comfortable. The pool was nice to be able to cool off in on a hot day after a long drive from the Alps. The evening meal was nice, and so was the breakfast. Staff mostly helpful, however we did feel at times the service was little below what we've come to expect from Novotel. For example, my wife was in need of some sanitary products on the morning of our departure, the receptionist said they had run out and hadn't gotten around to ordering anymore. No effort was made to assist beyond this, which was a disappointing end to the stay.
