Friendly and courteous staff, clean and well maintained property, great location.

If you like cold showers and bed bugs, you'll like the Innside by Melia. You can take a hot shower but only before 7am because after that all the hot water has been used. I was forced to take a cold shower. The front desk didn't care, expressing the attitude that the boiler couldn't keep up with demand and that there was nothing they could do. I was scheduled to stay a week and was forced to leave my duties at a trade show to return to the Melia and check out to find another hotel. Also, we were bitten by bed bugs. It was an awful experience.

Very nice room, with a good view, comfortable bedding and no noise. I particularly liked the floor to ceiling windows. There were a few issues: shower water was cold some days even at max heat, air conditioning was basically not working so it got a little cold on cold days and rather warm on warmer days, tv channel selection seemed limited relative to other hotels, and the sink was a little too shallow. The gym was ok, with a limited selection of weights and a few machines, but it was very poorly ventilated.

No AC/fan in room, not working. Very hot stuffy room. No alternative offered.

Was lovely, kind and helpful staff. Close to amenities/ tourists attraction’s. Nice quiet hotel. Spent my 21st birthday!!

hot room, have to have window open but there was a lot of light as well, probably got one of the worst rooms.

Though small, it was clean and quite. Customers behaved well. Other than no slippers, shower gel and body lotion were provided.

Fantastic stay overall. Comfortable bed, spacious room, courteous and helpful staff, excellent facilities like the gym and the sauna, great bar and restaurant. Tremendous value for money. Good places to eat in proximity.

Tolles und stylisches Stadthotel. Schnelle Verbindung in das Zentrum mit der U-Bahn. Unsere Suite war super toll und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Und das gesamte Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und nett. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

This property is not what it says on Expedia. The rooms are nothing like the pictures online. Star rating is definitely off as well. The hotel was in bad condition, no air conditioning when it was 35 C outside! The hallway carpet feels dirty and patched everywhere and really run down! Really ghetto feel and I’d rather sleep in my car (Atleast it has AC). The staff was really discourteous and won’t offer a refund when I asked because I wanted to move to another hotel immediately.

Aircondition did not work. Breakfast wasn’t opens on time. Bread was old and dry. Bed was extremely hard.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was very clean, modern with lovely panoramic windows. We stayed in a suite and it was quite big with a living area, kitchenette including microwave, minibar and sink. The staff were all very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice too. The only negative point is that we were a family and the bathroom had no door so there was no privacy in the shower area. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Room was a bit strange layout but was fine Missed not having a kettle and tea/coffee in room but water and juice supplied in fridge made up for that. Staff were very nice Evening meals and breakfast were very good in relaxing environment

Great team! All around a great experience … from front desk to breakfast and bar area !!! The salmon it’s a great option …and also near transportation in case you go to a FCB game !!

Perfect

The hotel itself is wonderful -- from the moment you walk in, greeted with a warm smile from the helpful staff, to the clean & spacious room with thoughtful details (like free mini-bar treats). I'd just note that it's in an office park, which is a short pleasant walk to the U-Bahn.
