Kind staff, good location and cool-looking hotel room! :)

The property has classic features. The lounge is peaceful, the bed was comfortable.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast a bit overpriced, clean and easily accessible. Tons of restaurants in the area.

basically good but air conditioning inoperative with excuses about ambient temperature (the average daily maximum was around 75F and with the sun on the windows in the afternoon A/C was needed) the new control panel only operated to HEAT the room when the thermostat exceeded 80F! - for this reason I would not stay again from May to October- however gr8 brekky, not noisy despite having room on 1st floor looking on to street comfy bed and efficient shower. wonderful antique lift which worked flawlessly

The hotel and people were absolutely wonderful and really accomodating. The breakfast was top notch. The only negative was the Internet signal in Room 133 was almost nothing, and so I either needed to go to the lobby to log in my laptop (where signal was strong) or use data on my cell phone. Other than internet connection, it was a great place.

Well priced little hotel within a stone throw of Porta Nova. Big plus, they are dog friendly. Rooms are large and comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and it's easy to get from here anywhere in the city.

The location is quiet, if you are in the back of the Hotel. Quite noise in the front on the weekends, which can be understood. The downfall was in the bathroom, where it smelled like sewage sometimes. Also, the Bidet didn't drain, so i found my under regions swimming.

So many food options and lots of things are in walking distance

Good value ten minutes' walk from Porta Nuova train station. Neighbourhood looked a little bit rough at night because there was construction going on but during the day looked just fine. Hotel was good value and an accurate 3-star. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and worked well. Breakfast was a bit minimal because of covid protocols. Helpful front desk. All good.

enjoyd very much the hotel ! very good service , room and emenities attached to Orio shopping center and airport did not get breakfast since we had early flight

This is a small hotel in a handsome, simple traditional Turinese building that has been redone recently enough, is well kept, very decently decorated with simplicity and some elegance, and very clean. The young staff is very helpful and the beds are confortable enough. The low point is that the area is a bit noisy at night as it is the youth's favourite part of Turin. Also the City of Turin bins on the other side of the road are a nuisance, not pretty to look at and people pour their rubbish noisyly even in the night. But this is not the hotel's fault-just the City which seems to have no clue as for a more discreet rubbish collection system.

Clean and comfortable air conditioned 3star hotel close to all attractions and amenities. Outside the hotel feels a little unsafe at night, as there are a lot of people hanging around on the street. Breakfast is now different due to covid, all items are served to the table by one member of staff. Sometimes when its busy the one person serving was probably a little overwhelmed. Overall it was perfectly adequate for our needs

Nice location amongst great restaurants and bars and less than 10 mins from the station. Comfortable rooms and a nice lobby. Helpful staff too.

Great stay, great room, easy location to walk around and very safe. The shower was a little hard to stand up in due to it being a tub but that is the only down side.
