The entire staff were quite pleasant and helpful. We felt welcome and appreciated. The junior suite was spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was good.

The staff were amazing, I had so much help from them. The bed was very comfy and I slept well.

Beautiful hotel, great, helpful staff especially Kathy who gave us so much helpful information.

My family enjoyed staying here. The room was good and the breakfast was very delicious. Only thing is that wifi was iffy sometimes. Other than that, it was very good.

The hotel location is excellent: 5 minutes walk to the cathedral and Medina , 2 minutes to bus stations. A lot of restaurants are close by. The hotel is cute, our room size was fine, the bed was saggy. Overall, a pleasant staying.

Access to the parking was really tricky. For the breakfast, no vegetables. Comparison with the review, my experience was not so good

Besides sending wrong and impossible to follow directions to get to the hotel by car , the a/c unit of the room was broken and there were roaches in the bed.

Room is nothing special but hotel is at a prime location and quiet. It is easy to go back to the room during the day.
