Excellent Overall hotel!!! Centrally located with very friendly Staff!

Breakfast was very good and we used the valet service so no issues at all. Cathy (front desk reception) was phenomenal! Very helpful in guiding us with check-in, parking, restaurants close by and all of the sites we wanted to see. Given the city was closing/limited movement for Semana Santa, her advice was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Hotel Anacapri and hope to return to see more of this magnificent city!

Very nice convenient location. Reception staff was very polite and nice. TV wasn’t working due to some technical problem. Breakfast was good. I will reccomend.

The staff are all very helpful. For those of us Americans who do not speak Spanish, the staff is bilingual. Kathie, the front desk manager who signed us in, is an ex-pat and was helpful in directing us to various sites and activities. The location is good. It is on a side street just off the main street through Granada. Made it easy to find restaurants and shopping. The hotel is very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate but not elaborate. My only complaint is that the chairs at the dining tables are padded and designed more as lounge chairs than dining chairs. Otherwise, a great stay. Would highly recommend it.

Rooms are clean, modern. Bathrooms are updated. Breakfast is superb. Location is ideal, bottom of the Albaicin district.

Excellent location, very nice staff, very clean, and included everything I needed. I had a very nice time here and will suggest it to.others too. My only issue was the breakfast. I think they can work a bit more on it, especially as it's located in a city with so many orange trees. It was quite disappointing to see there was no fresh juice unlike everywhere else in the city, and fruit options were limited and not interesting. Sometimes there was a bit of noise from upstairs walking. But in general this was a great place to stay and I'd definitely recommend it. I had a very nice stay there.

A lovely hotel in the heart of the historical district of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean and provide all essentials. The staff provide exceptional service to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Location was super close to Alhambra. Breakfast was as expected and delicious. Only complaint is walls are thin and neighbours kept us up all night.

In the center of historic downtown

The room was clean and the reception staff helpful. Very good breakfast Did think the room really needed electrical upgrade though. There are hardly any plugs for electronic devices. Had to repurpose an extension cord in the room in order to have enough outlets.

Friendly staff, clean room, and a perfect location to enjoy the local area, restaurants, shops, and the Alhambra by walking. Easily accessible via public transport to/from the train and bus stations as well.

The staff was fabulous. Roberto and Cathy were very helpful. Breakfast was basic but delicious and they were able to accommodate with dairy and gluten free options.

Reception when we arrived very good. The rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Good location, friendly staff

We honestly could not understand the amount of positive reviews. Our only positive was the location. A couple of the women that worked there were a bit rude and disrespectful. We were asking one woman about directions and i opted to checked google maps and let her know i could manage and her response - "good, i have work to do." We didnt realize the helping wasn't part of the job, silly us. We had a terrace room - wasn't impressive, dont waste your money. Room was very small - no place for luggage. Bathroom smelled like sewage from the moment we walked in. We watched tv only to realize the tv would not turn off. The screen did, but the sound continued... all day. All night. They may wonder why we didnt speak up about the room,but wr had a very short amount of time in Granada and did not wish to spend it fixing their problems. Plenty of hotels nearby, we would choose a different place.

Staff provided excellent service. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Granada.
