Breakfast was great. The room was very small, and too hot. The staff was excellent. Everyone was very kind, and patient with 2 Americans who were tired from our long journey, and didn't speak French. They advised us about the local public transportation system. Maxime stood out above the rest. He made every effort to make sure we were comfortable. He came to our room to check the air conditioning, then brought us a fan. He answered all of our questions. Despite being busy with other customers, he took time to take care of us and make us feel important.

Good ibis ‘ does what it says on the tin ‘ room , comfortable and clean. Special requests granted and staff tried hard to please. Breakfast good value for money and evening meals, although only bar snacks, were very good , exceptional pizza ! . Parking for a larger vehicle could be tight , but I phoned ahead and they were super helpful. I’ve stayed here 3 times now and I will return so says It all really

great place to stay if you are visiting Eiffel Tower and city, just 20 minutes drive

Arrived late at night, the man on reception was really welcoming, comfortable bed and a kettle in the room which is unusual for ibis but very welcome. Has underground parking, but also a small outdoor area for my high vehicle, the journey into Paris the following morning only took 30 mins , the area was also very nice and quiet

Super well positioned hotel to visit Paris and Versailles if you have a car. Very useful for us to be able to check in at 2am but the reception staff was not trained and couldn't set up the keys properly. We eventually could go into our rooms but it took longer than expected

I think you need to ask for the parking ie can we park on site, within the hotel compound which is gated? I didn't bother to ask and the staff didn't even ask too. Personally, they should have said, did you drive? If yes, would you like to park inside. Well, we are lucky the car survived. :)

The hotel, could not found my booking. They said cancelled, I had to book manually with them one night stay which I paid more expensive then the website.

We went for a wedding. The hotel was perfect as it was close by, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend. Staff were very helpful.

Staff need to improve customer service. Also they need to add a refrigerator to the rooms...

Hotel is good and staff are courteous. Language is the problem as they are unable to speak English as I was finding it difficult as a non french speaking person.

Great hotel outside of Paris and useful if you have a van. Room was really comfortable and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. If I had on criticism, there is no kettle/coffee making facilities in the rooms so you have to go to the bar and get a warm drink but that said, I would deffo stay here again. Even in traffic you are only about 20 mins/8km from the Expo Paris Versaille which is where I was working.
