Not much to say, sorry. We arrived late after 2 flights and all we wanted to do was sleep. Reception was great and they dealt with us very quickly.

The pictures are a bit deceiving for this place - my room was quite dated and smelled musty. Room service prices seemed like I was at the airport. However, the staff are lovely. Linens were clean and comfy and nighttime was quiet.

Traveling with our two kids and asked for two rooms close together - ended up at complete opposite sides and had to go back to front desk to have rooms changed. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable with a nice duvet. Was not able to locate any USB charging ports anywhere, which seems odd, especially at an airport hotel. Had a nice dessert at the hotel restaurant for our daughter’s birthday; they were very nice and brought her a free dessert with a candle and Happy Birthday on the plate; however, service was quite slow. No free shuttle to the airport, but apparently that’s standard at all the airport hotels

Ideal as a location prior to, or following a flight. Excellent facilities rooms and friendly staff particularly in the restaurant. Very much recommended.

This hotel is very dated and needs some TLC. Staff were very nice and accomdating. They have a private transfer to the airport for 21 GPP vs the Hop on Bus at $7 GBP/person and will drop you off in front of the terminal. We liked that feature.

If I could give negative stars I would. First off when we got in the room, there was a lizard inside the bathroom. When staff came in to see they killed it and left with part of the tail on the ground moving. Horrific. When we went downstairs to request a different room the charger port station wasn’t working at all. So went back to request another room. All the rooms they gave us were old and smelled funky. The person in the front tried her best to help but I would’ve appreciated a room upgrade considering the situation. Terrible experience will never go back and do not recommend.

Great value for money airport hotel. Easy and quick to travel to and from LHR terminals using London buses. Although slightly old fashioned, it is perfectly adequate for an overnight stay if flying out early of transferring overnight.

Gracious staff. Clean & comfy room. Easy to get from Heathrow to the airport using the Hotel Hoppa bus (6.8€ one way).

A great location for access to Heathrow, surprisingly quiet and has a great gym! Will definitely stay there again!
