After booking with hotels.com stating that there was 3 travelling including a teenage child. They put us in a completely incorrect room with a cot. Having had to state this was not good enough they finally agreed to change our room.

Terrible hotel for beginning to end. This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s no better than a roadside motel. Staff were indifferent to ineffective. Never told us if there was wifi. Asked for shower cap and was told they would bring it. Never came. Tried to call front desk, no one answered and the guy wasn’t busy. Hotel smelled like smoke on the first floor. Elevator didn’t work well. Lock to our room door was broken and we had to use our travel scissors and tweezer to free ourselves. Shower head flooded the bathroom. Carpet was filthy. Fake leather couch peeled off onto clothes. Dead rat in the parking lot. Dinner option in the restaurant was a self serve buffet that was disgusting. Zero amenities. One bottle of sparkling water on day one and nothing the other day. Nothing in mini bar. Vending machines by the elevator was the only option or restaurant where a large bottle of water was €6. One bottle of soap attached to wall and one by sink. Nothing else. This was basically a cheap motel with pillows smelling like smoke. We will stay elsewhere next time and taxi in. This place was disgusting.

Large older hotel in reasonable location for centre about a 10 minute walk. Sufficient free car parking. Room was a little tired but had a fridge and seating area. The problem was the very small bathroom and high bath to climb in for a shower. With the shower board it was a very tight space especially for myself with arthritis. Breakfast was ok but very busy..hotel was full due to footie match. Staff were very efficient. Bar very quiet in the evening. Lacked a bit of atmosphere but expect many guests went out..no dinner on offer but very good German bar a couple of minutes walk away.

After checking in and getting a room with a view across the park in front of the hotel a group gathered in the park and started playing some really loud music, the hotel reception staff immediately offered a different room at the other side of the hotel which although not having such a good view was lovely and quiet!! There was a good selection of bars and restaurants a short walk away.

The staff was amazing and friendly. I was disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t opened although it indicates it is. The rooms are outdated and needs to be renovated

It is old and tired. The lifts re over 50 years old. On occasion they don't work and you have to walk down. No air conditioning in the room. At least it didn't work and the reception staff just shrug their shoulders

Easy to find the hotel. Decent parking right out front. Helpful and pleasant reception staff who spoke English. Rooms are large and comfortable with coffee machine and bottled water. Good bar, superb beer and a good hot and cold breakfast. Not a holiday hotel but a great overnight rest in comfort.

Close walk to downtown

Very basic compared to other Leonardo chain Hotels in Germany. However, perfectly adequate for a one night stay. Reception staff excellent but barman a little surly!

Overall the facilities were good however I did expect a room with a double and single bed and had a room with 2 single beds. 502. I was surprised that the room was cleaned during the stay 2 nights.

Great location, 5-10mins wall into town, large church opposite. There’s water to help yourself to on arrival. Vending machine is very pricey! Rooms pleasant and clean. Can’t comment on food as didn’t eat there. Staff friendly.

Good location, a short walk from the main square and transport hub. If staying here to attend the football it is about a 40 minute walk (up hill) to get to Borussia Park

This hotel was a scam, looks nothing like the pictures online. Old hotel , everything is outdated. Too small comforters. And they even charge you to use the iron .. smh! It’s also a very expensive taxi ride from the airport.

The room reserved was not available at check in and not provided for two days. Hotel blamed the room issue on Expedia. US residents should know that AC is centrally controlled and was not available during our stay. The restaurant was very good.
