The hotel staff went out of their way to guide us and recommend an evening location. This did not disappointment. Although a very late booking due to change of our plan's we would highly recommend.

Room and hotel very nice, but a pity that restaurant was not open on a Sunday. Quite a distance to find dining options, and you definitely need a car, not really walking distance to town. It’s a really busy road into Annecy from here.

The hotel offers everything you need but it is on the ring road, not allowing guests to walk to the old town despite being less than 20 minutes away.

This hotel is far from the old town and lake, has an odd layout and looks dated. The initial room we were given did not look anything like the pictures; I complained and we were moved to a newer room. Pictures make the place look a lot nicer than it actually is though and could be better cleaned. I would not stay again.

Good hotel. On site parking is convenient and breakfast is decent. Only downside is finding the hotel if you are driving. The exit on the main road can be a bit challenging.

Lovely stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Be aware of the slip road to the hotel on the right as it comes upon you pretty sharp!

This property bills itself as air-conditioned. Even the proprty's road-side sign says only the hotel name and the fact it is air-conditioned (in French). After checking in, it was hot in the room but we could not get the AC to come on. We contacted the front desk and we're told the system for the whole property would not be turned on for another month! (Temps outside were already in the 70s). We asked for a fan. They had none and were not willing to get one for us despite the situation. We had to go out and buy a fan ourselves. It was either that or change hotels. We showed the front desk our purchase and we're denied an accommodation until we demanded to speak with the manager. Only then did we demand and receive a free breakfast.

Great staff very friendly and helpful,beautiful location and a nice pool to cool off in

the hotel was comfortable ,but very dated in its appearance/interiors..generally we did not use the on-site restaurant..menu was limited and expensive for what it was.This also applies to the breakfast which at 17 euros per person was very expensive...would not stay in another mercure ..they tend to be old or outdated locations as this one was.

Great stopover location if driving up to the ski resorts

Location just outside Annecy town. 30min walk down hill but worthwhile stroll to canal & lake. Can get bus if don't want to walk. Hotel clean & tidy. Staff very helpful & friendly. Hotel is sat back from busy main road but didn't notice traffic noise. Good for short stay & good value.

Ok for an overnight state, clean but basic. Overlooks busy road but room wasn't noisy.
