This was a fairly nice stay for a couple of nights. The hotel staff is very friendly and the breakfast was good. The rooms and the building itself definitely need some updates. Thankfully we were on the 5th floor because the 1st and 2nd floors smelled of cigarette smoke due to a lot of people smoking outside.

Our party of 3 booked two separate rooms, but were given a single room with a fold-out sofa. Front desk staff could not resolve it, and we're awaiting a reaponse from the hotel. They also had no record of the guest who tried checking-in right before us. He had to provide his paperwork as proof of the reservation.

Good hotel - very central

great hotel, perfect location, excellent restaurant round the corner called BARK which I visited on both nights of my stay.

Good location . Easy walking distance to sites. Parking was off site.

Best breakfast we've ha. Room very comfortable.

Excellent stay but the bed pillow were lumpy, which is a shame as the mattress was good.

Two night clubs across the street which seems to get active and loud after midnight.

Rooms old style. Was rooms not very clean.

Nice Hotel in the middle of Harstad. The staff was great, providing excellent service. I have stayed at this Hotel before, and I will probably stay there again.

Central, easy to find from the airport bus, convenient for the Hurtigruten. Friendly service in the bar, with reasonable prices (for Norway!). Best breakfast of my trip, from smoked salmon to fresh fruit, cooked breakfast to croissants....Fab!

Frokosten var super. Gode senger. Badet var i minste laget. Dårlige trykk i dusjen
