We had an enjoyable stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the swimming pool was definitely the highlight of the hotel, it was fantastic. However, there were a few areas that were disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The food was very basic and lacked variety and quality. We were also surprised that only one bottle of water and one pack of instant coffee were provided for the entire stay. Small touches like replenished water or complimentary coffee would make a difference and are something we’d expect from a hotel of this standard. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there is room for improvement, particularly with the food and guest amenities.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Although we did not use any of the spa amenities, they appeared great. The bar by the pool was nice and the food was pretty good. Although not on the beach, the hotel was a short cab ride to the center of town and a ten minute walk to harbor where there were plenty of restaurant options. Our only gripe was the air conditioning, or lack thereof. When we got to our rooms the temperature inside the rooms were 82 degrees and stifling hot. After running the air for a few hours it only came down to a couple of degrees. We let the staff know and they immediately sent someone to check both of our rooms. After tinkering around, the staff let me know that he made an adjustment. A few hours later, the room cooled to 77 degrees and would not go any lower. The lowest it cooled to was 71 degrees in the one room and 73 degrees in the second room and that was at night only. I understand that the temperatures were really high while there (I think we hit 96 or so) and the humidity was extreme, but feel like a hotel of that caliber should have better air conditioning. Put a damper on what would have been a great experience.

From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, I had a fantastic stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were outstanding friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they genuinely made me feel welcome. The hotel's location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the local area while still providing a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I've had in a long time. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and great value for money. Great place to stay, enjoyed it.

A lovely hotel that is very clean. An excellent pool area with a bar serving food and drinks, at a reasonable price. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The centre is a 20mins walk but we walked by the marina, which was beautiful. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, I thoroughly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing break. We loved our time here.

Great hotel with clean modern bedrooms. Facilities were excellent with an outdoor plunge pool and larger swimming pool. Plenty of sun beds and good pool bar. The breakfast was first class with plenty of choice of either hot or cold food. All the stall were very helpful and friendly making this a great place to stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at Isla Mallorca Hotel & Spa. The location is great—it’s about a 25-minute walk to the city center, making it easy to explore Palma on foot. There’s also a huge supermarket just 2 minutes away, which was very convenient, and parking was possible for free on the street—you could always find a place next to the hotel, and it was very convenient, and the hotel has excellent bus connections to different parts of the city and the airport. The pool area is spacious, with plenty of sun loungers and seating, so it never felt overcrowded. One thing I particularly appreciated was that housekeeping came later in the day. It meant there was no early morning knocking on the door, allowing for a more relaxing start to the day.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was excellent and rooms adequate, clean and had everything needed. Pool was great. Liked the fact you couldn't put towels on sun loungers until the pool opened

I would stay here again. The food is phenomenal at the pool bar. Drinks are great too. Nice room. All around great experience

Avoid room 106 if you want a balcony that is not closed in by glass. Felt like a greenhouse.

Everything was fantastic, but the woman who works at the cafeteria was rude, she needs to take some training to be more nice, polite and manner to customers. The rest was good.

Brilliant hotel & stay! Clean rooms with all we needed. Large bathroom & great shower. Pool area was clean & well kept. Breakfast had a great choice & tasted great! Ideal for our girls weekend away!

Love staying at the isla Mallorca, no rush for sun beds and it’s nice and chilled. Good gym, but wish it opened earlier and upper terrace with small plunge pool. Larger pool below, all well maintained. Nice pool bar, drinks and food great. Rooms modern and well kept.

Room was clean and staff very helpful when asking directions, couldn't fault anything, close to marina, close to local bus services ,highly recommended, good choice for breakfast

Very impressed with hotel , breakfast was lovely , area around the pool was really chilled and pool bar was lovely. Room very clean everything about our stay was great. A 20 min walk into Palma or 5 minute walk to bus. Would recommend and stay again
