Clean,very,very small room.average in every way.

Was okay. Priced well and very well located.

There was no air conditioning or laundry facilities as advertised. However a fan was provided, and this was sufficient. Beds were comfortable and hotel was clean and close to transit.

Lots of restaurants in the area.

Good neighborhood, lots of local restaurants

A great place to stay in Paris. Small refurbished rooms but well designed. Cafes and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to many things and close to metro. Breakfast good and it’s ok to bring takeaway back and eat in breakfast room. Staff helpful.

Staff were accommodating and courteous. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Good area near many restaurants. We had room 20 which did not have the AC working. Also there are no windows in the room so it is a bit dark. Staff was very kind and helpful -

The room was small (as typical for European hotels) but sufficient for our purposes. The location was very good with close proximity to a variety of restaurants, stores and especially the Metro. Yann was the Manager on duty for most of our time and he was so polite and went out of the ordinary to be helpful. All in all we thought it a good value for Paris.

Enjoyed interacting with the staff which took time to listen to my horrible French

Our room AC not workkng. We were there during warm days at 20-27c for 4 nights. If windows are open, can hear noise outside until 5 am. Very uncomfortable. We moved hotel on our 5-7th night. Staff are new and lack experience.

We stayed here for a week. The family room was very comfortable. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Transportation options were abundant. My only wish is that there was a chest of drawers. With a family of 4 staying for an extended time, this would have been helpful in organizing our things. But it wasn’t a dealbreaker, and we would definitely stay here again!

Bathrooms were smaller then expected

Good overall

The hotel is OK, rooms are very, very small with minimal amount of furniture. The bathroom is even smaller… Be prepared to walk stairs as the elevator is very old and very small, never seen such a small elevator; in addition, it was broken most of the time we were there. On a positive side, the hotels is clean, staff is friendly, location is very convenient. Good sound proofing from street noise.

The hotel was well located, and check in and out easy, but the positives ended there (except for two good employees out of five met). Upon arrival, the lift was out of order and so had to lug suitcases up 7 floors unaided and I felt like an inconvenience to the staff member who appeared to be having a social gathering. The room was not the cleanest with hair and other stains on the bed and bins that hadn’t been emptied. Twice during the stay the water stopped working, multiple times it was brown. It has potential but the customer service aspect and cleanliness needs to be addressed.

The hotel lobby is being painted during our stay. Coffee and tea are available at the lobby 24 hours. Shops and restaurants are abundant in the area. The cover picture of the hotel should not show the Passage because it is misleading to the customers. I thought that the hotel is within the passage but not true, but it is walkable.
