It's an Ok hotel. It's a classic small Parisian hotel that's been refurbished. Everything is small and tight. Even the rooms which are small and have zero furnishings (no bedside tables, wardrobe or anything...). Soundproofing between rooms is not great. The breakfast is ok and very much like operating your own kitchen. The rooms (I tried two) have humidity evacuation challenges. Now, It in a very good location. Great transport links and walkable as well. Plenty of food options and cafés all around. The staff is very friendly and efficient. It makes the stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day.

First of all let me start by talking about how great the staff who are working at the hotel are!! I was just disappointed that the air conditioning was not even working. I simply chose this hotel because I can't sleep in a room on a hot summer day without air conditioning. They just notified us that the air conditioning was not working and didn't even attempt to fix it. Also, be prepared to stay in a very small room. The room didn't even have space to open my small suitcase properly. The location is amazing, you are within walking distance to a lot of good places!

We were very happy with the location, they have many restaurants and cafes nearby to choose, the staff were super lovely. The only downside is the air conditioning not working properly. I appreciated that they provide us with fans, but it wasn't enough sometimes and we had to open the window as well. The windows are very well isolated, with the windows closed we couldn't hear a thing. If the air conditioning was working, I would have give it 5 stars. But overall, we were very pleased with this hotel.

No air con and with August heat two fans didn’t do anything the room temp was over 30 degrees- so unbelievably warm! Lift is tiny!

The property’s AC was not working and it was hit a sticky. We could neither start in the room during the day, and at night, we were unable to sleep from the hot weather and stickiness!!!! One of the staff, the last day we were there, was rude and showed annoyance when asked a question or had to offer assistance!

The location was perfect if you are planning on doing the tourist attractions nearby, Louvre, Notre Dame, Montmartre, Moulin Rouge and are willing to walk about 30 minutes. Safe area, friendly staff, and free coffee 24/7. Restaurants are abundant and easy to access.

We arrived for our stay only to find out that the air conditioning was broken and they recommend we book elsewhere . We asked when it had broke and they said it was 2 days prior , would have been nice to have heads up that it was broken so we could have booked somewhere else before we arrived in Paris .

I cannot tell more about how I dislike the hotel as there were bedbugs bite me at night.

The restaurants on the area while visibly wonderful and sidewalk seating were lacking in good food as advertised in their menu. I recommend travelling to eat. I had a wonderful breakfast and dinner at a fantastic Boulanger while waiting for a tour to Versailles but it was a long way from the hotel. The hotel had a nice breakfast offered but I did not have time to enjoy as I had a short visit.

Comfortable beds, very helpful staff, and a pleasant time had by our group of 4 at an affordable rate. Would definitely recommend

Great location to access the best attractions of Paris. Good restaurants and bars within close walking distance. The Gym facility is decent. We had no air conditioning in our room and when I inquired about it, the staff told me that they had sent an email about the AC issue being unavailable to me prior to me arriving. That was a lie. I did not receive an email about the lack of AC in the rooms because if I was aware I would have canceled my reservation. No AC during August in Paris at a Hotel is a death sentence. It was sweltering at night and my family had a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep because of the hot room. My children and I were uncomfortable in the room the entire stay. The staff was great and very kind with additional requests we had and provided great service.

The floor was very dirty, lots of dust and hair, no air conditioner and also no bed side tables or shelves, no space to put a tablet to charge, not even to put a glass of water. Bad experience!

It was so hot in the rooms and the rooms are extremely tiny. They said they sent a notification telling us that ACs aren’t working but I never got any notification. I asked if I can do a late checkout and I was refused. It was way too hot and it was also loud outside the room. I woke up twice because someone was slamming the doors outside. The elevator does a weird jolt it was very scary. I’ve been to Paris multiple times in this was by far the worst hotel
