Always a good stay. While an older hotel and yes there are some small issues from time to time with the rooms, for the price and location and free parking, it is a fine choice. Restaurant breakfast is also good and punctual.

Good location to the funeral home.

The room was clean, staff was great. We had to ask for a microwave and wash cloths because that was not provided. The side door stayed unlocked feeling a little unsafe.

Clean Great water pressure in the shower

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Basic amenities were missing, including toiletries and slippers. It’s difficult to understand how guests are expected to shower without proper facilities, especially when there was also an issue with water availability. The room was dusty and not clean, showing a clear lack of maintenance. The staff was careless and unresponsive, which made the experience even worse. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Very Clean and staff were very friendly

Good as always, but the heater was not working well and the room was a bit cold.

Good access for what we wanted: close to airport, close to downtown and Mount Royal and RoyalMont shopping mall. Bonus, Metro about 1 block for easy access to Bell Centre, Underground City and downtown. Stayed for a week and the rooms were always clean with fresh towels even though we didn’t ask for them. Only negative is that we visited in the winter, so no pool or hot tub.

Beds are comfortable and nice pillows.

Room and service were excellent. Staff were unapproachable. Stayed 2 nights, asked for extra towels and stated they didn’t have any. Then watched housekeeper took towels out of another room to give to us.
