Our stay here was very quick as we arrived so late due to planes being late. Mercure waited for us to check in! They were so helpful. In the morning we came down to an amazing breakfast! It was the best of our whole trip. The cheeses presented were delightful and not ordinary! The pastries were crisp and so fresh! I loved the scrambled eggs. They tasted so much better than in the USA. Everything was great, the staff was amazing!

Nice Hotel. Area not so great

Large room with modern furnishings tastefully decorated. A clean and modern bathroom with a large walk in shower with plenty of hot water. All very comfortable.

Marius provided an outstanding check-in experience, explaining not only what the hotel offers but his opinion of the initial “must see” sights within walking distance. Also the restaurant manager was superb at explaining gluten-free options at breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Comfortable

Nothing to admire. Basc sleep-over. All stuff with rainbow flags,,strange place.

The accommodation was amazing. Dining was OK. Parking was excellent however we were not aware that parking was an added charge.

Stayed here four weeks ago, Room 301, what a horrible room. This time stayed in Room 305. Wow what a difference. Fantastic bed, balcony. Fridge with cool water.

Nice hotel

Hotel was ok. Room was big and comfortable. Advertised as having a restaurant - it was "full" not really had spare tables but as usual in France they make it up as they go. Car charging was easy and in hotel car park.

Pretty much what you would expect of a Mercure - clean, comfortable, and convenient, at a reasonable price. Staff were good & attentive. Good breakfast. Underground parking was expensive, but I gues it always will be in a city.

Good location, just a short walk to the centre. Underground car park a bit tight fir a large car but very useful. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Less than impressed

Nice hotel and spacious room but not so clean. Dust under the bed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Heater bathroom not functioning and poor lights at bathroom mirror. Good thing was a bath and separate shower. Our view was the parking exit....

Convenience of arriving to outskirts of towen but still walkable

We had a great stay in one of the privilege rooms.

Room was spacious and perfect with the family. Sofa bed convert to two single beds albeit very close together. The rooms looked recently updated. The only down side was the service in the restaurant for dinner, we had the kids and it was late due to travelling but service was slow.

We enjoyed our stay
