It was a good place to stay for a night before a morning flight. Lovely pool and the staff were all very nice. Clean and well kept. Food in the restaurant was not so good though as no was expensive. I also hated the paper cups in the bathroom that kind of disintegrated. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been great.

This hotel is building site, quite simple. The adjoining restaurant has been demolished and is an open building site which you walk through to navigate anywhere in the hotel. Mains and data cable hanging from what was a ceiling. Dehumidifiers and fans running 24/7. Horrendous stench of raw sewerage particularly in our room. The restaurant is a converted meeting room and the reception bar is two chairs IN THE BUILDING SITE. I have to say the staff were amazing trying to cope but quite simply the hotel should have been closed to facilitate a large rebuild. I wrote an unemotional e mail to IBIS and got a patronising response saying that all guests were advised of the building work which aside from being totally academic is a complete lie. iAd hd book in e mails from IBIS and there was no reference to building work when I booked through Hotels.com. If I had I would have cancelled. I stay in around 40 hotels a year and NEVER complain but this is beyond unacceptable.Look at the pictures and please tell me if I am being dramatic.

A great stay at the Ibis...Staff were very good and friendly especially Amrita from Mauritius. Carpet in Reception, Access to Lifts and Restaurant area very worn and not pleasing to the eye. Overall a lovely stay!

Comfortable clean hotel 24 hr reception. Beds very comfortable. Great for a stop over enroute. Spain to UK.

I booked this hotel because close on the highway. Nothing special, smoking room not pleasant, bathroom with old shower.

This hotel was one of 3 Ibis branded hotels on the site; the other 2 were budget Ibis. I'm not totally sure paying the extra for this over budget was worh it. The room was clean but there was no additional information in the room such as the menu. The shower was part of the bath and I felt that there should be some sort of "grab rails" to improve the feeling of safety showering/ getting in and out of the bath.

OK for one night before flight back to UK

I have stayed at this hotel many times due to its proximity to a trade fair. It is old and need attention. Towels are old; hotel needs renovation and freshening up, but it is merely adequate.

We booked this for its location in relation to the motorway and access to the town of Beziers by taxi. We booked a non smoking air conditioned room. Communal carpets looked dirty, worn and dingy and you felt like your shoes would stick to them. First room stunk of cigarettes and we would not enter, did not even look inside! Second room not as advertised on web site and it felt like a cupboard. Third room, dirty shower tray and air con did not work. When we entered room it was on 25 degrees and we set it to 22 degrees and through the night it went up to 27 degrees, it never got cooler. We had booked two nights. We left after one and asked if we could go onto our next stop, which, to our relief they had a room. The manager of this hotel should be ashamed of the way it is run, it is disgraceful and the reception staff very unhelpful. Senior Ibis managers should visit this hotel with a view to seeing if they would be happy staying there.

Have stayed at the Ibis Hotel a couple of time and its always an enjoyable stay. The staff are very friendly and dinner was fine. Would stay again.

the room is too small and is only really good for a quick overnight stay. if you have a lot of luggage it is no good because there is no room to put anything. the staff however could not be more helpful and friendly. I would definitely give them top marks

One night stay, made use of pool and also bar in the evening. Small room but comfortable.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Ibis Hotel Beziers and found the staff very friendly and as we had our Golden Retriever dog with us, they were very dog friendly and was able to take our dog in the bar and restaurant,where they made a great fuss of him. The location is good right near the motorway for both Barcelona and Lyon, whichever direction required. We would certainly syay at this hotel again.

This is a budget hotel not near any amenities but near main roads and was perfect for what we wanted. The rooms are clean and staff speak English (mostly) and are friendly, the bar and restaurant prices were reasonable. I would recomment for people with a car to use as a cheap base.
