My daughter and I just stayed for 1 night - we were staying in Paris for 2 weeks and had a early morning tour at Versailles so I decided to get this hotel so all we had to do the morning of the tour was to walk about 5 minutes to our meeting point which was at 9:15am - this hotel is a beautiful hotel and the convenience to Versailles just made it the perfect choice - the staff was very welcoming and was able to leave overnight bags with them in the morning before checking in and also when we checked out so didn't have to take them when we went to Versailles - that helped a lot - we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel my daughter wanted McDonalds which is very close by along with the train station so this hotel was really convenient - would definitely recommend

This hotel is very close to the palace of Versailles and the train station. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is professional. We were able to store our luggage before check in.

Wonderful experience

It's always a great stay here, but they need to do a better job with their air-conditioning. It was a heat wave and we had to change rooms because our air-conditioning was not working

beautiful venue, slightly outdated in the pavillion area but worked well for our dogs. very nice, well-trained staff.

Great location, only a few minutes' walk to the Palace. However, for the caliber, and price, this hotel was a major disappointment. The A/C is either not working (most public areas, elevators and fitness center), or not useful in the bedrooms, since the units are installed only in the entry to the sleeping rooms, no airflow in the bedroom. Staff, both front desk and housekeeping, are barely there and answered their phones only about 20% of the time we tried to ring. Maintenance of the property has been neglected and the aging shows - broken light fixtures, shower heads, worn/dirty carpets etc. If not for the location, I would rate this hotel even lower and tell others to avoid entirely!

This is a GREAT hotel. First the location - two walking blocks from the Chateau of Versailles. Mannnny places to eat nearby. Youl will be very pleased. and the beds (well at least in the mini-suites) have THE BEST pillows I have ever slept on.

Lovely Hotel - air conditioning wasn’t great and Paris was experiencing a heatwave. Staff kindly provided a fan which helped us to sleep.

Several problems with our room took a long time to get fixed. The maid service was not good

The room service was poor. The tub did not have a stopper and it took all week for that to be fixed. The maid service did not leave adequate towels. I would never stay there again

Highly recommend this hotel! Clean comfortable larger rooms than usual a bar a stone throw from the palace and 2 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Mamidou at the front desk was a great help!

Perfect for our needs

Noisy and a very unpleasant experience with regard to our request several days before arriving regarding a quiet room. I had mentioned in my first message that we had a bad experience at a previous hotel and would like a quiet room on a higher floor. I further reiterated our request when we checked in. I was assured by the front desk at check in that it was a quiet room. I further asked if the first floor room was located above any kitchen area or high use area. I was told that it was not. In fact, the room was located on the first floor above a noisy service door/area and parking garage. We heard constant banging until 10pm at night then it started again at 5:00am. We were moved to a room on the second floor which was also very noisy. Some of that noise we realized was coming from the elevator, one of which also had issues while we’re there. We had to wait hours in our move to another room which basically wasted a big chunk
