The carpets in the rooms are so dirty and old with massive stains it makes you feel like you do not want to put your feet on the floor. Toilet was blocked and had to move rooms. Evening meals are microwaved for a lot of money. Small portions. Breakfast was ok. No staff around It is a pass through hotel travelling to the South and priced low but be warned you get what you pay for. Avoid. Avoid

Perfect hotel for overnight stop over

Stayed here many times as an Ibis bit seems better managed now it’s under B&B. Ideal stopover. Two comments - the parasols outside have gone. Can they be replaced? Also, breakfast times were advised as 6am every day when we checked in. However on Sunday morning we were told it was actually 06:30 but as everything was laid out he turned on the lights and welcomed us in a friendly manner at 06:05. Please can we get clarity that we will always have a breakfast at 6am on a Sunday as it’s important for getting on with our early morning drive to the tunnel. No complaints - just some clarity. Thank you again for another clean friendly autoroute break. The dog was very happy as well.

Clean and comfortable room. Bed comfortable.We ate in the restaurant where the pizza was good but the chocolate fondant dessert a bit dried out - definitely couldn't find the fondant part! Staff were pleasant but all appeared to be doing several jobs at once so a little chaotic!

Perfect hotel for a overnight stay while travelling

Easy to access and clean.

The carpets in the rooms were extremely dirty with brown stains and the bathroom smelt very bad. I did not feel clean in this property at all.

Hotel was very tired and room was horrible. Shower very poor and only two towels - no hand towels.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The waiter was really great and had perfect English which helped us order our food. Great stuff. 👍

Good place to stay. Breakfast was great.

Disappointing. Very basic. Pre booked an evening meal, coach party arrived before us and we were left without attention for too long, had to ask many times for drinks, bread to keep I us going, food finally arrived at 22.00 and we had been driving for 9 hours and were tied, quality of food when it finally arrived was disappointing. Bed too hot duvet much too thick for room temperature! Overall very disappointing.

We have used this hotel for years as an overnight stopover. This year there was a significant drop in the service provided. We had to wait in a queue to check in whilst the receptionist served customers drinks at the bar. Late afternoon at a busy time for arrivals. We were then told we couldn't have a table in the restaurant for two and a half hours- after having driven almost three hundred miles. When we did go to the restaurant slightly earlier than the given time there were quite a few empty tables. The waitress took our order and we didn't see her again and had to ask another waiterfor service. The food menu was disappointing compared to previously-the new menu is a bistro type menu with a much reduced choice. I mentioned all this when checking out . Shrugged shoulders. Will find somewhere else for our next visit

Well placed near auto route clean with a very comfortable bed the only down side was the restaurant. Very poor choice, only three items none of which made us want to eat there. Chicken and potato! very appealing. Not to worry plenty of lovely restaurants a dive minute drive away.
