First and last time staying at an IBIS hotel. The noise from the room above me was unconscionably loud and annoying until 2 am and then the noise from the hallway early leavers started at 6 am. One can forgive normal inconveniences of a hotel but not if you only end up with 4 hours of peace and quiet.

Overnight stop. Very convenient as just off the motorway A10. Excellent breakfast. Would stay again.

Great service from the staff, but the rooms are very cramped and not clean. The bedding was clean and fresh and the floor had clearly been mopped, but the shower and the walls of the room had bugs and cobwebs. Tried to get out of the hotel at 5am and ended up waiting in reception for 10 minutes for someone to open the door. Overall, the stay suited the purpose of an overnight rest whilst driving through Europe.

Very convenient if you’re travelling on the nearby motorway. Staff are very efficient and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Convenient, very useful that they accept our dog who was made welcome. Nice dinner menu.

Hotel is on an industrial estate, out of town, but convenient for us travelling from Spain to UK, as not far off motorway. Room small, compact bathroom. Basic but adequate, tidy etc. Positive surprise was how good the power shower was and a nice, quality, good priced, buffet breakfast.

Comfortable room, accepted pets plus EV charging station onsite which is a bonus.

Small cramped rooms on a busy highway. Don't expect ibis to be roomy but this room had dark grey walls and felt like a tomb. Morning front desk gentleman was grumpy with attitude. He was impeccably dressed in expensive clothes, but not interested in being kind or attentive to the guests. He was clearly bothered we needed to check out. We were charged for two breakfasts although only one ate the mediocre buffet.

Stayed here pre-covid so we know the restaurant was good. Now, the restsurant is closed and the evening shift receptionist had to do everything, including heating orepared food and serving. She did an amazing job with a lovely personality. The food was good despite all this. The room felt very small. The bed was enormous and a standard double bed would have given more room to move in. Despite the down points, the bed and facilities were up to the high standards we can rely on with Ibis.

We needed secure parking and from the map on the website it did not show a fence and gate entry system. This is incorrect, they have a fence and gate entry system so we we're very relieved.

Reassuring Covid arrangements, friendly and welcoming staff, really tasty evening meal from the restaurant prepared for one's collection to eat in-room [as for breakfast] Enclosed site with free parking and dog friendly.Good overnight stop,close to motorway but quiet enough. Comfy beds. Good shower. Space is money of course but only gripe is the rooms sizes are a bit tight !
