A/C not working. Tub drain very slow. Good location. Excellent breakfast.

Property is in an excellent location. The Altstadt is outside the back of the property and the shopping area is a block away. Parking is underground. The breakfast was great with everything you could want. The room we had overlooked the Altstadt area and was clean and quiet. If we return to Heppenheim this would our hotel of choice. Very highly recommend.

Have stayed several times before and will continue to do so in future. Very comfortable, convenient, affordable, pleasant, everything you could want.

excellent location--parking tight and overpriced. Breakfast has come w/rm for past ten years, but now costs $20 pp. Bar and lounge nice w/excellent service and staff.

I stayed for one night here without breakfast as I was on my way to Frankfurt Airport Area. The room did not have fridge but could not get any ice from reception. The room was great. My problem was with the car park, it had steel plates in the driveway which has no meaning or value . These steel plates are irritating .They can also damage your car if it is low level car.

Always good--great location to Aldstadt. Good breakfast--BBC on Tv would be helpful. Staff great and w/English.

Hotel pleasant and great for a one night stay. Right in town centre. Heppenheim wortha walk around. Front desk was extremely helpful with a number of things. Breakfast good. If you're passing through then it ticks the boxes.

Great location. They upgraded us to a larger room because we were traveling with a large amount of gear for work. Very friendly staff.

Hotel was fine. Stayed 3 nights over weekend. It was very busy, had to wait for table at breakfast which had good selection of food and drink. Room was quite big but so hot at night and then too noisy with windows open. A kettle in the room would be great or at least a bottle of water. Very noisy guests in corridor late at night. Did not like the red walls everywhere, not very conducive to good nights sleep in bedroom! I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area, usually smaller but with nicer ambience. Staff very nice, friendly and polite

The hotel has potential... is in good condition, rooms are spacious, location and breakfast are superbs, staff if so nice, they only need to improve the cleanliness for a 3 to 4 stars hoyel

Reasonable w breakfast, parking 5 euro, but only 50 yards off Altstadt. Great.
