The service was truly the best part. Rooms were amazing, the entire experience for one day, was great, all around. Very warm environment.

Canadian products everywhere: Quebec toiletries, Alberta bottled water. Fresh local products for great food at Le Boulevardier, courteous and well trained waiters.

Its not normal for the service staff or the service to be this way.

The sidewalk in front of the hotel wasn't fully shoveled. The Nespresso machine in the hotel room didn't work.

Le Germain is a great place to stay while in Montreal. We are repeat guests and will be back.

Bar lounge is closed on sundays. As a hotel, it should be open everyday. Excellent restaurant vibe. Staff excellent.

Great property and bedding

One of the many times I have stayed here. Always excellent service, clean modern rooms that are quiet. Nice lobby bar. Walkable to Belle Centre.

Beautiful room & exceptional service!

Everything is nice and well-appointed but there is a little wear & tear in my room. The design is beautiful and the staff are nice.

Gorgeous style and a great location. But some strange design choices, like having a full-length window between the shower and the sleeping area. But the real problem was the minibar "cooler" that we were told was at 50 degrees F, so we put a bunch of cheese in there for the night - and then it was at room temperature all night, which was not good for the fancy cheeses. Coffee machine also wouldn't turn on.
