A wonderful stay within touching distance of the wonderful shopping and eateries Harrogate has to offer.

Check in. Room was not ready so I asked them to let me know when it was a I waited in the bar with my group. No one came and when I went back it had been ready. Shower weak. Toilet did not flush. Lifts tricky and long waits. I walked down and each time ended up outside as it was a fire exit. Staff very friendly. Clean room. Local to town.

Room was very nice. All the staff were great. There was only one staff member on the check in desks, who was eventually joined by a second. The queue behind us got even bigger while we were waiting. All very good apart from this.

Good breakfast, staff very attentive and helpful and room clean and well equipped.

Room was very spacious, the bed was very large and comfortable. James provided an incredible service during breakfast. Very welcoming, friendly and was able to engage in a very personal manner with my wife and I.

The second room we were allocated was much better. The first room was smelly and close to the lifts. The shower was terrible and nothing more than a trickle of water. The pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed was rather firm. I would not have wanted to stay longer than one night. Breakfast was quite good.

Checking in process is a ridiculously long process - queued and waited nearly 30 mins, onerous and needless form filling when I had already paid and booked online so they already had all my details. Beds were uncomfy and consisted of 2 singles pushed together! No mention of this in the advert on the site, and was actually described as Super King Size. Everything else was ok

Great, centrally located hotel with car parking which is a bonus! Check in staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was of an excellent standard, comfortable & clean. Breakfast options were plentiful & food of good quality & the restaurant staff were faultless! We will return.

We booked a premium Super King room which wasn't cheap and ended with 2 single beds pushed together. Very disapointed and also the shower was cold every morning. Not what i expected from the Crowne Plaza.

Room was a nice size, couldnt fault the staff or check in, however the walls are paper thin, could hear the TV next door plus everything they were saying which is not the best when its late and your trying to sleep. Shower had no power at all.

Clean and cosy room. Staff helpful and friendly. Lovely bar area and club lounge. Excellent restaurant. Our 2nd visit and we loved it. Will definitely be back.
