I loved the helpful staff! They were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. In particular, the kind women working the night shift who made drinks worked the desk during the night shift. I appreciated the location as it’s fairly close to two metro stations, a tram line, and the Aalto university. It is also right by the water and some lovely walking areas. The beds were good. The last guests trash was left in my bedroom bathroom and it smelled bad, but after requesting a room cleaning everything was fixed and addressed. I liked my room. It was comfortable. The room with a sofa bed is definitely crammed with too much furniture for one person, but would be ideal for a family! It was quiet despite the Helsinki dog show and many of the dogs staying here. I didn’t hear the other guests at all on my floor. And usually the lobby was fairly quiet. I would stay here again!

Great location by the ocean and hiking trails. Close proximity to public transportation a big plus too!

Excellent stay, everything worked well and I liked the style of the room. Staff were great. The breakfast was average but passable.

Room was smaller than expected. Bed filled the room and made the room had to move around. Bed was a double yet they gave me two single duvets which was unhelpful and not practical. Staff were friendly and would come again if this issue was sorted

Nice, comfy bed. Somewhat cramped room with worn electrical equipment. Tiny shower only, no bathtub unlike what I was mistakenly expecting - remember to specify what kind of room you want. Quite affordable by Finnish standards. Good breakfast - all the essentials were available, though not the largest buffet I've seen in the country. Parking situation was a bit chaotic in the weekend. Good, quiet areaa

Everything was great. A couple of things that could be improved are options for lunch, more international TV channels and options for meals on Sundays.

My grandmother lives right down the street from this hotel. My husband myself and 2 year old came from NYC to stay, it is absolutely perfect 💜

Convenient for business - simple and what you’d expect for a business hotel

My son and I had a really good 3 night stay at this hotel. The price was very reasonable so I did not have amazingly high expectations, but they were definitely exceeded. It was my sons 10th birthday and the staff really went out of their way to help make it special for him. The breakfast was also good(very important factor).. with a nice selection of fruit/veg as well as hot options. And room service from the on site restaurant was high quality in my opinion. My son is also a big fan of the swimming pool and sauna at this place. I used the gym equipment(running machines) a bit to kill some time on the last day. Outside, the surroundings of the hotel were peaceful and calm. We've stayed in a LOT of hotels in the Helsinki/Espoo, this is one we will certainly stay at again.

Well the hotel is located far from everything. That mean that you can not go no where if you need buy a drink etc. prices on the hotel are expensive a coca cola is like 3.80. Breakfast if is included on price good if not to bother. Room Verry simple nothing special. Sauna ok. If you just want to sleep after a long flight is ok apart of that no.
