The price was right! The pool was nice and deep! The bed was very comfortable! The hotel was nice and clean and quiet! I got three nights there for like 240 bucks altogether! I went to a different spring everyday! I loved it! The people were very friendly! The only thing I wish we had was eggs and bacon for breakfast. But we had everything else. We had waffles, fruit, cereal, grits. If we would of had a hot breakfast I would have never left lol!

Hotel is clean. Staff are nice. Beds could be better. If the beds were better I would stay here all the time.

Very convenient to highway. Not much of a breakfast bar.

Very outdated and room smelled like mildew. There was garbage in the can from previous guests and bathroom could use a new caulking and attn. Night desk agent was super friendly, courteous and helpful.

Stay away! BUGS! Rude manager/owner. I have reserved 2 rooms on this hotel. One of the rooms hade quite a few dead roaches as well a couple alive ones. That was the room that was occupied by my son and his girlfriend. They decided that this was too much for them and decided to look for another hotel. We notified the front desk and the Manager was skeptical and rushed to the room to inspect it. She got to the room and closed the door. As she comes out she stated that she could not see any bugs. My son noticed that she clearly swiped out one of the dead bugs that was on the shelf of the mini fridge not knowing that there was several of them. He collected another one and brought it to her attention. She then started to walk back in front of us toward the front desk and (UNBELIEVABLY) made the following remark: “you have high expectations, this is not the Ritz-Carlton”. That was it! I blew my top and demanded a refund of both rooms and harshly (probably with some expletives) professed my indignation not only with the big situation (it could happen), but with the total lack of customer service! STAY AWAY!

Very clean and friendly staff. Seems like a family owned hotel and they take pride in keeping the place looking nice and the guest happy. The room was a bit outdated but very clean. I arrived early and they were able to check me in before 'check-in time" which was awesome. They offered continental breakfast in a very clean dining area. Staff was constantly cleaning the counters and wiping the tables. Will definitely recommend.

Property was clean. Only thing available for breakfast was waffles. Very thin walls and can hear everything. Overall not terrible for the price.

No frills basic room.Clean but desperately needs to be updated. Very Thin walls- heard snoring and talking from next room. Breakfast was 1 waffle machine, fruit and juice. Our bed was fine but our friends had a bad one in their room. Wont stay here again.

I had a very accessible first-floor room.

Location is on a hill overlooking the I-75 exit behind gas station. Shares space with another hotel and a family of parking lot cats. Quiet rooms. Clean room. The bed was hard but doable. The AC was perfect. The deal breakers: 1) TV was a pain to get working because the cable box was hard to turn on, 2) the toilet couldn't handle the smallest amount of toilet paper. Nothing more fun that using a plunger every time you use the toilet.

Place was clean and confortable.

The property is very convenient for a last minute stay, not for a multiple day vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the building is outdated, the rooms smell old and humid, the walls have been patched up but not really painted properly, the carpets are old and stained. Breakfast was just coffee, apple or orange juice, waffles, yogurt, bananas, apples, cereal, and sausage pancakes. Not a big selection. To be fair, I knew what I was getting myself into after reading other reviews. The hotel is convenient and inexpensive, but needs some serious updates.

Not like the pictures. You’ve been warned! Day 1: Woke up to NO WATER so was unable to shower, etc. This facility is in great need of repair and upgrades. Smells Ed like old water and mildew.

Great hotel for a stop over. Very clean however needs upgrades and better details like doors closing and more little tables in the rooms. Otherwise no issues to speak of.

I enjoyed the ease for me to get to my daily appointments via local roads. The exercise room equipment is in poor condition and really needs to be repaired or better yet replaced. Traffic congestion makes it difficult to find dinning establishments.
