We enjoyed our stay, staff was so kind and helpful, breakfast was convenient and good food. We loved being so close to the beach and El Born.

Great hotel. Super convenient location, with the metro a 2 minute walk, and plenty of restaurants and cafes within steps. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I love this place. Friendly and helpfull people at the desk. I really appreciatte that they change my room for a bigger one for one night without charge given my early arrival ! The room, commodities and bathroom were excellent.

There was an extra charge for parking. It was almost impossible to find a free parking space at the perimeter of the hotel.

Great hotel near beach and everything.

It was very convenient and close to the city, everything was walking distance. Breakfast was great!

The hotel was in a great location. The subway was near and it was very walkable. The staff was amazing and always greeted us when we left or returned to the facility. When asked questions they always were willing to find the answer or location.

Very pleasant hotel

Second time staying at Hotel Santa Marta. Very clean, enough space, very conveniently located. It’s a no frills hotel, but we would recommend to anyone. We are very well travelled, this little hotel is a gem. Would stay again next time in Barcelona. .

Close to activities downtown as well as train station for trips out and into Barcelona

Location wise excellent but hotel requires improvement. Would have expected a water bottle or hot drinks available in room. Lift stopped working and had to use stairs to get to 6th floor on few occasions. I wouldn't be booking this hotel in future.

Good location! Good European Stay

Amazing service!! The people at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful and gave us so many great recommendations. The reason for some of the lower ratings was the room was much smaller than we expected, the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable and the bathroom had mold on the tile.

Nice hotel located right in between El Born, gothic quarter and La Barceloneta. Awesome breakfasts!
