nice clean hotel friendly staff i just wish there was a courtesy breakfast

everything was perfect, loved the pool and badminton court! the room was perfect for the kids and clean

Awesome location. However, the hotel is a bit outdated. We were place on the first floor and the room smelled like a wet dog, luckily my kids aren’t allergic. They tried to spray but the smell lingers. Staffs were very nice and friendly.

The room was on the first basement level. Even in the middle of summer, it felt dark and had a damp basement smell. There was no privacy if you opened the curtains because cars could park directly outside the large patio-style doors. Despite having sliding doors, there was no actual patio or balcony. Overall, it felt more like a motel than a hotel, while relying on the reputation and facilities of the Sheraton next door. The listing was also misleading. The photos shown on the booking site appear to be of the Sheraton property next door, which has the same owners, rather than this hotel. The actual room was very different from what was advertised, making it feel like a classic bait-and-switch experience.

Great stay. Only complaint is it's not soundproof.

Pools are clean and warm... Staff are nice. The only thing is rooms are dated and not enough staff at night. We asked for a towel and it arrived an hour later due to shortage of staff.
