Avoid at all costs. It’s criminal to think they’re passing themselves off as 4 stars. More like 0 stars. Over an hour to check in. 95% of the “plants” are fake. Room is in disrepair. Our mattresses were dilapidated and I’m not exaggerating. The leaned at a 45 degree angle and it felt like sleeping on rocks. Walls are paper thin. And the domestic at 1:30-2AM did not help matters. No A/C in the lobby, hallways or restaurants. A/C broken in rotating rooms. Ours was — told staff at 5pm, they put a card in the room to keep the broken a/c running. It was over 30 degrees when we came back at 11:30pm. Had to ask repeatedly in order to change rooms (they wanted to send someone in the morning — like I’m paying to sleep in an oven?!). If you go “all inclusive” nearly everything has an up charge—does not exist. The food is abysmal. Think: theme park food at the worst US theme park imaginable. Huge let down. Even the guests were rude. Oh and plan on bringing your own towels—they only give you 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person—no extras—and do not supply pool towels. There are ZERO amenities like a shower cap or even complimentary bottled water in the room. No mini bar. And the hotel cafe/bars don’t open until 5pm. This place is a total dump. PortAventura is great, but not at the expense of staying here. AVOID.

On the evening of 8 June, I had to contact security because a large group of children were running up and down the corridors, knocking on my room door and patio door, and causing significant noise and distress. This was frightening for my young son and made us feel unsafe in our room. I am unsure whether security attended or what action was taken, as I was too scared to leave the room. The noise and knocking on my room door continued until at least 1:00 am. This had a serious impact on our holiday. My son was then too scared to sleep properly, and we were both exhausted the next day. We had a full day planned in the theme park and had also paid for fast track, which cost £260, because the parks were extremely busy with school children. Due to paying for this in advance, we could not simply sleep in or rearrange our plans without losing out on something we had paid a significant amount of money for. I reported the issue to reception the next morning, 9th June 2026. A lady who introduced herself as the manager on shift came to speak to me. She explained that school children are not normally placed in the same area as other guests, specifically to prevent this type of issue from happening. She then went away to check and came back to apologise and confirmed that school children had, in fact, been placed in the same area as me and my young son, and that this should not have happened. She advised that the group would be leaving that day, so the issue should not continue the follow

I liked the style and it was very close to the park I was missing the fridge from the room.

Not even a 3 stars hotel in my opinion... Worn out and old furniture, cheap towels, no fridge or mini bar in the room

We went during school trip times so as you can imagine full of spanish kids who have no manners. But apart from this. The staff were amazing and couldnt do more to help you or try to avoid the kids during breakfast and Dinner. Room was fine, a/c was alright. Food wasnt the best options but enough for a picky eater like me. Fresh fruit. Bread, pastries ect

Not a 4* hotel. It’s tired and in need of a facelift. Disappointed that restrictions to amenities were not flagged during the booking process.

We had to move to different room on two occasions due to water leaks. Staff were rude , unhelpful and at one point suggested for one move we had to pack up and go to reception to get new cards Property is in poor condition

The location of this hotel to the PortAventura theme park was brilliant only a short walk up the hill! The shower was nice and powerful. Unfortunately this is where the good stops. The bed was hard and not very comfortable, the hotel itself is incredibly noisy one of the worst I have stayed in! There is no soundproofing whatsoever and the occupants were not curious.

MAKE SURE YOU READ!!! Lets start of positive, great location for theme park, water park and Ferrari land. The rooms and hotel absolutely shocking! Rated a 4* hotel, i would like to understand how? Who gave them the stars? When will this be reviewed? Checked in, given keys to the armadillo building. Walked into room and was absolutely mortified! Room had been 'cleaned' however ash under glass tops, stains on furniture, miss match furniture, chips out of furniture, wardrobe had half the paint missing, bath tap rusted, unable to put nob up for shower use, door handle of bathroom was faulty. Overall just felt absolutely disgusting! Went straight down to reception to find a que of people complaining about all kinds of things. Literally witnessed over 10 people complaining! Was offered to stay in another room by the manager, whilst having a distraught child who believed her holiday had ended we felt we had no other option but to agree or loose our money according to management. Manager gave us ticket's for water park as an apology. The day we came to use the tickets the water park would not allow us in with them!! Hotel had messed up yet again!! Felt like we wanted to be out the hotel as much as possible as it just felt dirty. Staff was okay - if you want bedding changed you need to take your own bedding off or they will just 'fix' it. Breakfast is exactly the same every day - very boring and repetitive. Wish i could add pictures for you. NEVER AGAIN!

Great place for family vacation however air conditioning was very week , they have to renovate the rooms.

We enjoyed our three day stay. The hotel hosted evening activities for kids which was a plus. The unlimited access to Port Aventura was also nice since you can step out of premises to eat at your hotel or in town (25 min walk) by the beach. Overall, great place and experience that I would repeat.

Noisy neighbours, dirty floors in room. No iron or ironing board (travelling for work). Close to theme park though!
