Restaurants 20 min walk from hotel

Previously stayed here for 2 weeks and returned based on previous experience. However this time was very disappointing, the hotel restaurant was closed every night, a large party were in the bar for a ‘private’ function every evening and breakfast was like a swam of locusts had visited - nothing left !! The breakfast staff replaced some of the missing food, I had to ask for scrambled eggs one morning as there wasn’t any left. I would rather have been informed of a large booking and that the restaurant would be closed and would have chosen to stay somewhere else. Checking out I was charged €50 for breakfast which seems expensive for what I was able to eat - Based on this in future I would look for an alternative hotel.

Our one night stay was very enjoyable. It is a no frills hotel with everything you need for a cosy stay. Bar staff were helpful and could help us when we needed assistance.

The breakfast area was not cleaned regularly in that the tables were just left and we had to clean a table ourselves. There was no places to charge phones. The staff we nice though

I arrived to find there was no hot water, which was disappointing after a long journey. However, it was fixed by the morning, and I appreciated the prompt resolution. Other than that, the stay was pleasant, and the staff was responsive. Free parking. 2 miles away from city centre. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is in a good location for accessing the motorway but it is not a good area for finding something to eat within easy walking distance. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but a lot of the bathroom fixtures were broken. And not much choice for breakfast if you are gluten free.

Water and Tea / Coffee not replaced daily in the room and one day not even cleaned / bed not made - Hotel ?

Great value for the price. Situated in the outskirts of Lyon center, cosy place, breakfast was adequate. Carpets could be removed to make the place a bit cleaner. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
