The good: Staff were WONDERFUL and really into the spirit of the event I was attending. Everyone was so helpful and personable. Location is great! The hotel is beautiful and in general very well cared for. Has a great sauna down on the basement level, newly refurbished. There's a lovely bar in the lobby and it seemed to always be staffed, even late at night. The bad: Breakfast was kind of disappointing. It felt a bit bare-bones compared to other hotel breakfasts in Malmo. None of the hot food was particularly hot, and mostly cold by the time you reached your table. Lovely coffee and tea, but I never could find full-fat milk or cream (I resorted to putting in a dollop of whipped cream intended for the pancakes).

Lovely old building in decent if not perfect condition. Something went wrong with staffing at breakfast and there were no clean tables and no butter but presumably this does not normally happen. Would happily stay again.

Located on a plazza near shops, restaurants and landmarks, and a short walking distance from the central station. Room was pretty large with a well appointed bathroom. Staff is very friendly.

The building looks nice from the outside, but the inside needs an upkeep, the room was big, but the furniture was old and dirty. The bathroom had a window that you could see the people from the building across the street and viceversa. The location was very convenient

he hotel was great and just what we needed after being on a boat for 7 days.

Very well located in nice area which is 5 minutes from the central train station. We got a family superior room as we traveled with my teenage daughter and wanted her to have her to have her own space. The set up was great! Breakfast is fantastic especially for people with dietary restrictions. My daughter is Celiac and she had many options including gluten free pancakes which were made just for her. She loved it!

Well situated old hotel in vibrant Malmö.

Nice vintage hotel but amenities need to be upgraded. The wifi was very poor. TV is not smart, and only had 1 English channel- BBC News. There is no phone in the room to contact the front desk, housekeeping or order room service. No safe in the room. Finally, the hotel should accept cash for small purchases from their shop. Our daughter was quite disappointed she could not buy a simple chocolate bar- the staff turned her away, :( :(
