Room was very clean but had a damp feel. Majority of staff were very helpful but the morning concierge was curt.

Modern hotel with lovely themed decor. Food was really nice. Pool facilties were lovely nice to cool off 😎 during the hot weather. Staff were really helpful except the lady that first helped us at check more annoyed that she had to help with our bags. So unwelcoming.

Thanks to the staff. The room was very clean and parking lot is really useful.

This was one of the best airport hotels I have ever stayed. The hotel was lovely, the staff were great. The room was compact, but was very comfortable. Had a drink and dinner in the restaurant and the food was very enjoyable. Had an early morning flight, so shuttle was unavailable, but easy walk to the airport. (Just follow the tram lines). I would highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed here many times. Always a relaxing break. The pool is an added bonus and the dinner menu, just right.

Location was excellent if you have an early flight out, and also easy to reach by the local tram one stop short of the airport. The room was comfortable and more spacious than those at most of the other hotels near the airport.

Mercure doesn’t deserve 4 stars. No water in the room, very few cofee, no milk. Only the restaurant and the staff of the restaurant was great. No shuttle for the airport at 5:00. All the furnitures in the room and the bathroom are old. The rug doesn’t look good and clean. I used to go to the Sheraton unfortunately closed now but nothing to compare… room 224

Excellent restaurant and very accommodating staff. Shuttle to airport was very quick, I will stay here again.

For an airport Hotel we were pleasantly surprised just how nice the Hotel was in general with an amazing pool and decking area outside and lovely reception area inside . Great way to spend a last day and evening chilling before the flight home .

Nice place to stay close to airport. Easy stop over spot if you pass through Bordeaux. They have a shuttle which is nice but it’s only a 10-15 minute walk from the terminal. Save a day on car rental and stay here!

Great staff Looked after me and my 5-year old son very well.

Most plates that were supposed to be clean at breakfast were not clean. Same problem first and second day.

Very good experience very friendly staff. I was woken up at 3:45 in the morning and the Taxi was there ready to drop me at the airport. Everything was perfect.

This hotel was way better than I expected. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was great, bigger and super clean. Overall super value for money. Best airport hotel I’ve ever stayed in at this price.

On an overnight stay prior to our return to Canada. Everything was first class. Check-in fast and easy. Our room was very nice. Airport shuttle was on time as nd driver very courteous. Will return the next time we are in Bordeaux.
