The best hotel we visited so far. Highly recommended!

This is an outstanding hotel, with great customer service. For example, I said I liked the tea at breakfast - and I then had (without asking) a gift of tea sent to my room by hotel management. Absolutely outstanding! The one minor development is I was there with my 14 year old son. He wasn’t allowed anywhere near the indoor pool. This policy needs a rethink.

Very nice property, helpful staff, we are from the USA so we did have to adjust to the relaxed atmosphere, but would recommend this property for anyone wanting to just relax and take it easy.

It was an outstanding experience and we can’t to return. The breakfast presentation and options was magnificent.

Great resort but not much is walkable once you leave the gates.

An amazing resort in a quiet area. Such a lovely property with amazing staff! We really enjoyed our short stay here and wished to stay longer. So many amenities, no need to leave the property.

We enjoyed the property very much. The hotel was busy however always found a space at the beach. We enjoyed the friendly staff and the other guests very much. The room was beautiful and clean. The Vip access from Expedia in general never incudes a room upgrade. We did have a bottle of wine waiting tho so that's always nice. We would definitely return to this property. Also the breakfast was really fantastic. The best overall on our trip around Portugal.

The property was beautiful, including the beach. The room was large, clean, and up to date. The breakfast was so fresh and with many options to choose from. There was a good selection of restaurants on the resort. The staff and service was excellent. They even called the room for a wellness check when my husband was sick. I would recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation, beautiful beach, and close proximity to nearby restaurants and popular beach attractions.

Lovely hotel. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.

We stayed with our family for 5 nights and I was upset at the end on the way things are handled here. Lets start with the positives - the location is great and one of the few properties with direct beach access. The gardens are well kept and most of the pool and beach staff are excellent. Raizes is a treat Sadly when you land you will notice a very small office to report too which is labelled as reception. There are 2-3 people working here with 1-2 buggies at any given time. You can see the stress on their face and the fact that they appear stretched and busy. Granted we went at the busy end of the season but with the amount we paid surely we deserved much better. The manager who I think is called Tiageo (Brazilian bloke) had a definite chip on his shoulder. Once you manage to locate your room you would notice that the roads in the property have potholes, yeps you heard that correct. The room showers work on one temperature only, either cold or excessively hot. And don't try and complaint, you get the look that you start doubting yourself, or the reception staff start acting as if they don't understand English that well ! We resorted to using the free showers in the wellness spa as the showers worked as they should in that place. The place is hilly and no buggy staff is keen to give you a lift even if they are going empty. We have stayed is most luxurious properties and never noticed this. And the staff wont initiate any greetings to you, they look saddened and underpaid.

Everything about this resort is exceptional.

This is a truly 5 star property… The property is beautiful, its grounds are very well kept, staff friendly and with great service… We enjoyed our Breakfast very much every morning with great choices of food and drinks… Will definitely recommend this property to anyone that wants a relaxing vacation in a beautiful place with great amenities.

Such an amazing property and great service. Will be back for sure.
