Great hotel in a great location

Comfortable! The rooms are really pleasantly big! Friendly welcome by all the staff. I’d stay here again for my next business trip.

Room was very nice, but there are no real amenities, and their restaurant has been shut down, nice hotel, but definitely not a 5 star

I would have given it 3 stars at most. The hotel was very noisy, and there were several issues during my stay. The toilet didn’t work properly, and the hot water kept changing temperature suddenly. I even burned my skin once. Housekeeping also let me into the wrong room without checking if it was mine, which was unacceptable. Overall, not worth the 5-star rating. I would not recommend this place.

I didn't realize everything is close to the Eiffel tower so we had to take many taxis

Staff were excellent but few stains on the carpet and some of the furniture a little tired .

Very quaint, charming and secluded. The property gives great comfort. I will definitely retur.

The hotel was quiet and located in a very great area. The only problem was the mold in the shower, the broken hairdryer and limited places for charging phones and watches.

First time in Paris for the Olympics. Small hotel with very friendly staff. We extended our stay and the hotel accommodated us. Stayed in a classic room for a few days then upgraded to the loft. Both were clean and comfortable. A little distance but we walked to the Effiel Tower a few times. Overall great stay.

Very good hotel

Awful. Room we received was not the room advertised. They denied this. It was very expensive and the quality was the same as a £100 per night hotel. The TV didn't work, the heating/aircon didn't work, I was given a downgraded room, but still paid full price. Staff unwilling to help. Zero character. Booked for our honeymoon and this ruined it.

Spacious and clean room, staff was attentive when extras needed. Nespresso machine :) Easy walk to Eiffel tower & subway.
