Great location, very friendly & professional staff. Room was perfect and look forward to staying here again.

Nice clean amd friendly staff

Upon our arrival the lady on the reception had an attitude. We were charged for Wifi, despite Wifi being included in the reservation. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The Hotel does not have Air condition, and again it was included in the room's description. Thankfully there was a very friendly man working on the reception who actually cared. He gave us another upgraded room - but we had to pay additional $20/night The breakfast was good. The entire Hotel is decades past it's best times, when the pictures were taken. The worst part was the room service completely ignoring DO NOT DISTURB signs. They still go into the room and touch and move all our clothes, cosmetics, everything. Even when being in the room with the sign outside the door, they knock once and then simply enter the room.

All things ok but the pillows on bed aren’t comfortable .

Staff is excellent, fluent in both German and English. Room was spacious but felt a bit dated and shower could use updating.

booked a King bed room...was not a king, was barely a queen (i am familiar with european bed sizes) horrid flat pillows, uncomfortable bed.

The hotel is really nice and out of the city. In some nature. Breakfast was copious and the buffet was really large with many choices. Restaurant and bar where nice as well.

Beautiful accommodation, staff extremely helpful and courteous. The Bar Treffpunk is recommended for Bitburger Pils and Schnitzel, the best I have tasted.

Had to move rooms because after I settled in went to get a drink out of bar fridge and it was off and drinks were hot. Couldn’t find tv remote so couldn’t watch tv. It was hot in the rooms and couldn’t sleep and the air con didn’t work even though they said there was nothing wrong with the air con

The overarching memory of this hotel will be the lack of air conditioning - there is only a very inefficient fan in the room that cannot keep up with demand. We happened to be in the area for a wedding over a very hot weekend and this seemed like the best hotel available - we were WRONG! Going back to the room was stressful and uncomfortable with no relief from the heat. We woke several times during the night and couldn’t keep the doors open as the ‘balcony’ was in fact a shared roof around the top of the hotel. Some of the staff were friendly but the whole atmosphere was just indifference to guests. I also can’t prove the theory but I left the hotel covered in bites - perhaps these were due to bed bugs. Not pleasant. Needless to say we will not be returning.

Large function going on at the hotel (FORD) and all the staff was focused on the ford group rather than the average guest.. my 2nd visit to this hotel and the room i was given was on ground floor which was terrible with having a ford function inside and outside the room. Also had the housekeeping lady enter the room twice without waiting for a response after knocking.. I hope my feedback was passed on after i checked out also.

Enjoyable one night stay at this pleasant hotel. Clean, quite, airy, just next to a golf course. Restaurant offered a variety of well prepared dishes, and staff was very friendly. It would be good if more English language TV stations were available.

A very clean, comfortable, modern hotel, set in a quiet, wooded part of town. Corridor noise can reach into the rooms at night, a care point for light sleepers.

We stayed 4nights is beautiful hotel friendly staff the 2 things that let this hotel down was we had to pay to park our car and the under cover parking was not offered to us as we were there 4 nights 3 out of the 4 breakfast's were excellent unfortunately the morning of departure the breakfast was a big disappointment not a lot food very basic we complained and there reply was that there was a tour bus in and that is what they get we were there for a wedding & no part of a bus tour group

What made this hotel great, was that it was in a very quiet and green area: A very welcome break after having been travelling around the otherwise much more industrial surroundings of Krefeld. The hotel was architecturally rather unusually built, as it seems focussed on conferences. We spent a night there on a weekend, so it was not busy. We were travelling as a family with children and everything was ready for us on arrival. The furnishing was not overly modern, but very well maintained and very clean. The staff was very helpful and considerate on phone and in person. The breakfast was selection was bigger than expected. We would certainly stay again.

turn left at the end of the tree lined avenue and your first impression of the hotel is WOW. this follows through to reception and the rest of the hotel. we felt at ease in this very comfortable place. also a big thank you to all the staff.

Really enjoyed our stay. Quiet and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. We are definitely going to stay there again.
