Clean room, nice hot tub, comfortable bed, and nice staff.

Terrible pillows. Second time we have stayed at a renovated best western plus and had a poor sleep due to lousy pillows

We stayed for one night for a work event. The hotel was nicely updated, the staff were very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was super comfy! I would recommend staying here and will be the next time we stay in Trail.

The hotel remodel is just lovely. The workmanship is topnotch. The front desk staff was exceptional. We were always greeted with a smile, hello and 'how are you doing?'.
