Room is to small but location is near station and tram stop. Since Heidelberg centrum is not close (or 2stops tram from station) from station if you need restaurants and shopping ambiance better to stay near centrum. The castle funicular also not so far from centrum.

I arrived at 1 PM because I couldn't check in yet. I left a 20-inch suitcase and a backpack. Turns out I had to pay. 😁 The room was a bit small but comfortable. The bathroom was a bit cramped.

Hotel close to station, many taxi ready to go, many restaurant in station and mini market so everything is easy and convenient
