I had a great stay, the hotel is perfectly located and the rooms are very nice. AC was a huge plus, as were the blackout curtains

Great location! Helpful staff. Yes—there is (paid) parking at the hotel, but the narrowness of the entry/exit to the underground lot is a huge deterrent (they warned us when we arrived.) There is a coffee maker, but the only nearby outlet requires moving the coffee maker onto the floor.

Close to cathedral shopping and restaurants . Rooms a little small

Nice hotel in a great location near the old town. Unfortunately at this time of year the air conditioning is not turned on so the room was unbearable hot. Fan was provided but not effective. Also the description said a balcony was there but it is a window that opens. Need to update the description. Nice overall

Fast check-in process. We arrive earlier than check-in time and they were able to accommodate us with 3 out of our 4 rooms. Special thanks to Aiza and Estafania for their great service. Rooms were clean but small. Location was perfect for exploring Burgos Cathedral and old town. Only downside is the weather was usually hot for April and AC was not turned on at hotel until the later warmer months. Hotel was able to provide us with a fan. Overall a great stay. We enjoyed Burgos

Difficult parking. No hot water. No room service. For a marriot in my years of being a vonvoy gold member i've never seen this kind of hotel.

luxury hotel in a lower price. Staff is very kind and speak English well. Very close to the Burgos Cathedral Church and restaurants and bus station.

Staff was amazing. From check-in to check-out was excellent on every aspect. Very friendly and helpful staff. They did go out of their way to make my stay a good experience. Stayed for 5 days and will stay here again on my next Camino. Thank you all. Great experience.

Very friendly kind and helpful staff close to the cathedral and dining

Location is fantastic, re the hotel, VERY quiet but outside a bustling busy area. 1 minute walk to the centre with hundreds of choices for eating and drinking. Was fantastic when we were there (late July) car parking under hotel is difficult to find initially and very steep and tight. We were in a 2 seater convertible and my partner had to get out and guide me round the corners and changes of levels
