I had a great stay at this hotel. After checking out, I realized I had misplaced one of my golden earrings. They called me this morning to let me know they found it, which I truly appreciate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the recycling bin and that we could have our room serviced as needed. The breakfast offerings were standard. It would have been nice if the toasters actually toasted instead of just warming, and if the croissants had been fresher most days. I was very surprised when I was told that I had to pay for my stay at check-in instead of check-out.
