Not a very good quality of breakfast

Microwave not in each room. Only one in hallway and extremely dirty.

The room was clean

Check-in through expedia was quick and painless, staff spoke both english and french perfectly, parking was sufficient with additional parking on the side of the building when front parking was full, room was very well furnished and comfortable. My only criticism is that the walls are a bit thin and it is quite a distance from most activities including downtown Ottawa and the Casino, but you get more than you pay for with the discounted rate that this location often features.

Curtains are bad can’t close full and there wasn’t full privacy from outside people can see inside easily and also when day start at 5.30 can’t sleep because of no proper curtains Thanks

Staff were very helpful. Included breakfast and parking were also good. I would have no issues staying here again.

La chambre était propre , le personnel était courtois. Les installation sont un peu vieillissante (ventilateur de salle de bain et unité de chauffage bruyante). Le déjeuner était bon. Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Très bon rapport qualifié prix. Je recommande cet endroit.

Breakfast has very limited options . It was just okay . Parking is good . Staff was okay . Property is old , some part is renovated. It’s more like motel type . Rooms were clean but washroom was mouldy
