The breakfast menu was excellent! The food was diverse and tasty. The location was prime for us. We were able to do anything we needed in the neighborhood. And when we wanted to venture out, the train/subway station, and included a mall, was right across the street.

No AC in the room, unless its “summer hot” on June/July. Had to keep the balcony open as room was hot. Due to this it was noisy as the cars keep coming including bin trucks to unload in the middle of the night. Sleep was quite disrupting due to this.

Very nice room, well located, close to all the important points of interest. Best of all, in a quiet area away from the busy Madrid streets. In front there is a Mall, food court and also train station

A hotel with a good location, close to various points of interest, the metro, restaurants, and shops. The facilities are clean, the staff are very friendly, and it is a 25-minute taxi ride from the airport.

Location is great and convenient. There is a common area that you can buy things from the supermarket next to it and eat there. It is very close to the Principle Pio, so easy for those who wants to visit Avila or El Escorial. It seems also quite a safe choice. Overall it worth every penny. I will rate it 4.5 for the sound insulation not so great.

Nice hotel with a nice location, really convenient

Clean rooms, staff is very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Close to the center.

This hotel is in a pretty decent location as it right across from a train station and a mall. The hotel itself is a bit dated but the cleaning staff is consistently good.

The property have a great location , very accessible for transportation , staff friendly, the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable . I had a Great time there .

Great location, walkable to everything. Big room. Comfortable beds. Right parking downstairs though. Felt safe and right across from the train station. Pricey for what it was. Would stay again. Breakfast pricey but you’re a bit of a captive audience.

Basic items were missing like tissue box, bin in the room no tra or coffee in the room.

This is a great place to stay in Madrid. The staff were helpful, and the room itself was modern and clean. The view was excellent and a nice surprise.
