Beds were extremely comfortable, quiet rooms and clean. 100 % non smoking

Pillows are flat, and bathrooms very small.

It was a nice night - only issue was people near our room banging on their doors a lot - noisy

Hotel location close to ferry terminal and near to a lot of great restaurants. The towels were so fresh and clean.

A bit dated but functional. The flooring in the elevator could use a refresh. A very nice staff and a passable highway hotel type breakfast.

Close to highway. Room had unpleasant smell. This hotel allows pets and people had pets with them in the breakfast area and that's probably the reason for smell in the room.

From the time we checked in until the time we were leaving it didn’t matter who was working the front desk or any area everybody was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. They definitely give the East Coast welcome! I’d stay here again for sure! Thanks to the staff for your support and great service!

Management and staff were very attentive to guest needs. T hey went to the next level to resolve an issue I had.

Pictures need to be updated. Pictures are outdated. Room had a stench, sheets & pillows smelled unclean

Overpriced

The suite was very spacious, offering a separate living space with a second TV, sink and miroirs which made getting ready with two or more people so much easier.
